Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Portage la Prairie

Food is great, but that is about it. Service is the worst. I had an issue with my order and instead of simply fixing it and sending it to my address they send it to a store in a town I've never heard of, then instead of fixing their issue there they "transfer it" and seemed to have hoped that I forget about it.

It's been over an hour since my incomplete order was delivered and they haven't managed to fix it. It's pathetic that they cannot fix...

Ordered online, used credit card for contactless delivery. Ordered at 2:17pm to have it delivered at 5pm, it did not show up at 5. Called at 5:20 I was told that the pizza still had a minute in the oven and would be delivered within 15-20 minutes, it did not arrive. Called again at 6pm canceled the order. Absolutely Will NOT order from there again. Was told they just started delivery…isn’t that all it is pick up and delivery??? Terrible...

I just ordered a pizza on December 7 at 8:30 pm from Pizza Hut, but unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. The pizza arrived raw and practically uncooked, making it inedible. The taste was far from what I expected – it was simply the worst I've ever experienced from Pizza Hut. I hope they take this feedback seriously to ensure better quality control in the future.
