Arby's — Restaurant in Prince Albert

Usually love this location. Yesterday changed my mind. Normally staff will hand you coupons, this time we had 2 pages from our last visit. So Yesterday we decided to cut them, and use a couple while leaving the rest for other customers. Well now, Lita if that is her name (Caucasian, 20's maybe with horrible teeth) treated us like criminals, reaching across over the till and tried grabbing the coupons saying we can't give them to others or leave them. OK? Strange since we've literally used coupons off the counter before and most staff would hand you coupons if you asked before you even order! Okay no big deal....except this coupon hater watched us eat, every time we got up for napkins, drink, whatever she was watching us like criminals around jewelry. Literally glaring at us the entire visit with some type of angry vendetta towards us. It was extremely hard not to get angry at, but we left without being rude back. Literally watched us walk out as well. She should be fired for her behavior and as well for not understanding that coupons literally make people try new things, spend more than they normally would, or save money and come back again. I tried something new because of the coupons Yesterday. Going to walk out instantly if I ever see her working upfront ever again. Literally never felt so discusting in my life and it's all because of coupons and coupon...

If I could I'd rate it minus. I ordered 2 of each slider as they we 1.99 each all day(see coupon below) also ordered 9 piece chicken nuggets and a turkey and Swiss. He said he'd give the total at the window. Drove up and told 68.00. That did not add up as per my calculations so I asked. He says we'll it's expensive here that's why I don't eat here. I still said it doesn't add up. He asked if I wanted to cancel anything no just wanted to clarify the amount. I had already paid so asked for receipt. Was in the bottom of the bag. Started to review it and I was sold all 14 sliders at 2.49 each. I told him that it was wrong he says I know. I asked if I could speak to the manager. Told he's too busy. And for me to call tomorrow at noon (wouldn't that also be a busy time?) He closed the window saying we are busy right now. I said how rude then pulled away deciding to call once home. Get home and check it over compared to what was in the bags. And realiE there is also a baked potato and a beef n cheese (classic) which I did not order nor was it in the package. Total 18.00 plus taxes more on my bill. Tried calling and no answer. This is not the first time things like this have happened at this arbys. Soo frustrating and think I'll not get my money back if I wait until tomorrow as how do I...

Just came back from Arby’s at cornerstone in Prince Albert got billed for two sandwiches and never got any. I ordered a number 2 with extra bacon when I opened it up it just looked like beef with some slimy white sauce on the meat so I thought I got the wrong sandwich and proceeded to go back threw the drive thru. I handed her the sandwhich at the window and two of them pawed threw the beef to show me the bacon was rolled up in the beef, I told her I wanted a refund and she handed the machine out so my husband tapped it again thinking it was refunded. Then she slammed the window shut so I thought it was done even waited for a couple minutes. Came home and found out I was billed for two sandwiches not a refund and two different prices and didn’t get one. I called when I got home to talk to the manager and it was the same one that was working cash. She told me they don’t give refunds and she charged me for another sandwich I told her that she should have said that at the window. She offered me at first a free meal for two coupon then she said it was a sandwich a drink and fries for one. This lady was so stupid she couldn’t even spell my name do I just hung up. I use to always eat at Arby’s but...
