The meal experience started off great and then we got our food and realised we did not have enough utensils. Okay, asked for more. Waitress never offered us refills on our drinks once. Took our plates away and then disappeared for 20 minutes. Tierd of waiting to be offered dessert or our cheque I approached the bartending and asked for our cheque . The waitress showed up five minutes later and cashed out my two friends and then disappeared leaving me waiting to pay. Finally after seven minutes she returned so we could finish our payment and leave. 32 minutes to pay and leave, really?? I was not impressed. If she thought we were just sitting and gabbing maybe an offer for a refill of drinks would have been a good idea or desert which my friend was eyeing. Went in December to treat my parents to some food, they chose this place. First impression the front glass door is shattered, and there are two loud patrons arguing at the slots.Other than that, there were few patrons at the bar. We grab a seat and try slots. Near end of our meal, the female patron that was arguing comes and asks for our leftovers, and I ask her to leave us alone. She then goes off cussing me out looking for a fight. it takes several minutes, and my dad to tell her to leave us alone for the staff to finally intervene and threaten to call the cops. Bartender tells me she does this alot and she even takes the food off other patrons' plates. To "reimburse" me, the bartender offered me some shots. Also, food was just not overall good. Since the ownership change seems the focus is on money money money. Longer wait times, the beer is definitely more diluted and they charge 17$ for a growler fill (was 10$, probably more expensive then 17$ now). I was a regular customer before but have since taken my business elsewhere.

You simply cannot buy a business that has a culture and hollow it from the inside out. You need to know the culture and maintain it or you risk alienating your customer base.
