Being courteous with one star review. My first time eating at Greenfield restaurant. Our experience went like this. Waitress went to take order, when my daughter started to order, waitress turned to talk to table behind her cutting my daughter off mid speech, then turned back with a snotty What. My turn to order, waitress did not know daily special she said there wasn’t one, I pointed out special on whiteboard too her. Then asked if it was processed turkey in clubhouse, she did not know, had to ask kitchen manager, told me it was not processed turkey so I ordered clubhouse sandwich. Food came out of kitchen 11 minutes apart, had to wait for my daughters food, her food was so hot that couldn’t touch plate, mine the fries were cold. Soft drinks were just water basically and small glass for price. Daughter is slow eating, I finished my meal first, waitress comes to take plate and fully leans over my daughter’s food while raising her fork to her mouth, she had to stop. That is when I finally said excuse me. Not a pleasant dinner experience to say the least. Kicker is that clubhouse didn’t have processed turkey, it was chicken But menu said clubhouse has turkey not chicken
I will however try restaurant once more and update...
Read moreI’d put less than one star if I could. Hair was found in two plates of food, manager still had us pay for the fountain drinks and the appetizer despite our table not getting their entries. We would never come in and purchase fountain drinks and a single appetizer and soup, so I strongly disagree with having us pay for partial pieces of our meals that were all prepared by the same individuals whose hair contaminated the food to begin with . Apparently settling that portion of the bill was vastly more important than ensuring that our satisfaction with the business, manger barely acknowledged the actual problem which was the hair being found in the dishes. . Big yikes poorly ran management, I feel for the our waiter as he did an excellent job serving us it’s just unfortunate with how the remainder of our visit went. Will never return and will be sharing these photos to anybody who’s willing to listen (I wish I could include them in this post but find them on their local fb page), as I also strongly believe in supporting local businesses that take pride in their business. This overall experience has been incredibly embarrassing to the...
Read moreThis location ruined my mother's day breakfast! Waitresses were super unprofessional and under staffed. The lady seating us took our drinks before we even got the chance to sit down. Greeted with a very cranky server who took awhile to come around. She took our orders and came back 15 min later to ask my husband in his ear if he would eat a soft poached egg instead of med because they ran out. My husband didn't order the benny I did. So I said yes that's fine. She then returned after 10 mins to let us know they ran out of poached eggs all together and that was the kitchens fault to order something else. I ask for another menu and she left. When I went to place my order a second time I asked her to just make me what my husband ordered. She then asks " What was that" , as if we hadn't been waiting long enough already with our 3 kiddos. So we decided to walk out. We were approached by another table of people who had similar experiences as us. As a family who's been at the location before we will no longer go back. Grainfields I am a disappointed customer who will let others know about...
