Burger King — Restaurant in Prince Albert

My boyfriend and I waited 15 min in the parking lot for two breakfast sandwiches. I went in to let them we know we were still waiting and the girl at the front counter took one of the sandwiches that was sitting wrapped up on the rack unwrapped it with her bare hands and pulled apart the sandwich with her fingers to look inside it, wrapped it back up and put it back on the rack. I told her I seen what you just did and confronted her about it and told her that she shouldn’t be touching peoples food with her bare hands and she said “I didn’t touch your sandwiches” I told her it didn’t matter she shouldn’t be touching anyones food without gloves especially being that she’s working the front. I asked her for her name and she ignored me and turned the other way and started talking to the person in the back. I’m completely disgusted and wont be back to that location. I was completely disrespected. The fact that they have people working there that absolutely don’t care is...

Worst customer service. If I can only give them -10 i will definitely give it to them. Went for a drive thru and ordered 8pcs nuggets and burgers, when we got to the next window, we ask if we can just add 1 more 8pcs nuggets..they told us no we can't add anymore because they're so busy, and they need to shorten their drive thru time, and its a managers directives to not give us any additional orders? Really? You don't need additional sales?? we are shocked because there is no line up in the drive thru, NOT A SINGLE CAR besides ours and no line up inside, and there are lots of staff just standing around and they cant give us an additional nuggets. And we still waited for so long to get our orders done. No ketchup, no sauce for the nuggets. Worst customer...

We were about to make a huge order for supper for my hubby and I but their App wouldn’t give us a free cheeseburger and a free fries for our daughter unless we add our credit card to it. So we just gave up and ordered her a kiddie meal & gave up on ordering adult meals. What’s the point of having their dumb App if we have to add a credit card to collect our free items. Deleting their App & eating at home instead & when we go to eat out we’re taking our business elsewhere where they give you your free items without adding your credit card to their Apps. So disappointing & sad not to get our free items with our points. You lost our business...
