Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Prince Albert

Really disappointed with customer service, we placed a delivery order online and paid online as well at 8:31pm 25-02-2025. After 20 minutes we got a call from the store and a guy said i have cancelled your previous order and you need to pay again at the door when the driver will come to deliver your food and your previous orders amount will be refunded back within 2 business days.As i already paid online and didn’t have enough to pay again i refused to pay again. The guy hung up my call just saying ok. After waiting for 1 hour i called back the store again to confirm where is my order they haven’t picked up my call, i tried 10 times they kept on putting my call on hold. After trying for long finally the guy picked my call and said he cancelled my order without even letting a customer know about this and said your money will be refunded we cancelled your order, like seriously brother…we though it would be on the way nobody informed us that it had been cancelled by them.He was too rude and his customer service was worst. We can even show you how many times we call the store, may be more that 15 times and every till they were putting the call on hold, no response and then hung up.. Please find out which guy was that and please atleast teach him how to talk to a customer and to give good service… I will never order again here…. Very very...

It was shitty, I ordered as usual and for some reason kept going to pick up even though I changed it. When I noticed the it was for pick up I called the store to explain the issue. Was told they would deliver it and I just had to pay the delivery fee at the door. He told me I would take a little bit as they didn't want to send me cold food and wouldmake a new one. I said no problem and thank you very much. It was delivered fairly quickly which made me happy until I open my pizza box and it was cold and soggy. The crust was so soggy that the crust was difficult to tear apart. It was not as he said it would be and I'm very disappointed in the reaction. He said oh well not much I can do now I'll just give you a credit for a pan pizza. That's not what I wanted, I wanted a hot and tasty pizza....

I put in a order at 5:52 pm, with them saying it would at my hotel within 30 minutes. At 7:23 no one had come to my hotel with my order, So I called and they told me that the order had been forgotten to be sent out, but they could make a fresh one, and give me my small bottle of pop for free. 🤨 At 7:52 I get a call from the delivery driver saying that he is at my room at the Super 8, but I check, and he's not there. He then tells me he went to the wrong Super 8 (there is only one Super 8 in Prince Albert) He then arrives at 7:59 and I have to still pay for my pizza I ordered over 2 hours ago, no discount on the pizza, no free delivery.
