McDonald's Restaurant — Restaurant in Prince Albert

My experience every time I go to the mcdonalds near wallmart is always annoying in a way. Don't get me wrong, the food is usually good as it's, well, mcdonalds.

Going on to why I gave the food 3 stars. It is always made poorly when ordering through the drive through. The most recent time being a week or 2 ago, every piece of lettuce supposed to be on my burger, was instead, around the burger, loose in the box. Sometimes I will get cold fries, and yes they come out cold because I usually park in a nearby parking spot to eat before my 40 minute drive home. It's almost like there is no care or passion when it comes to making their food.

Now i'm going to talk about service there overall. Most if not all employees do not speak proper english and in the drive through, I can not understand most of what they are saying. Also most if not all of the employees are disrespectful. Here's why. For starters, when i pull into the drive through, I will sometimes ask the employee to politely wait by saying, "sorry just give me a second to order please", but they are to impatiant and will harp constantly saying, sir? Sir? Hello? Sir hello? Hey sir? Even if I repeat myself they do not listen. Another thing that happened last time I went. My friend and I ordered online and told them the code. When we pulled up to the window he asked us if we got this this and that. It was what we ordered so we said yes. The guy ignored us and went outside to ask a person in a designated pickup mobile order parking spot if it was his, then walked all the way back to the window and handed us our food. This is by far the worst part of the 3 parts on this review.

And lastly, on to enviroment. Still talking about the mcdonalds near the walmart. For whatever reason, its almost like a meeting spot for all the homeless druggies to gather. I have been startled by one hiding behind the corner untill I pulled up and opened my window, which he proceeded to ask for money right between the employee and myself. The enviroment itself is already poor as the whole city is always riddled with trash. So it is not the mcdonalds making it a bad spot.

This was the most disgusting fast food restaurant I’ve ever set foot in. Their bathrooms have clearly not been cleaned in several days, but more likely weeks. If their bathrooms are allowed to get this bad, there’s no way their kitchen is remotely clean either. Disgusting pigsty. Pics are from men’s side, 20-30 minutes after I notified a woman at the front counter, who did not seem at all surprised, and obviously didn’t care. She just was just like “ok”, and carried on with what she was doing. My wife said none of the stalls on the women’s side had any toilet paper, and there was an empty vodka bottle on the dirty countertop. My eight year old daughter also said three of the toilets looked plugged with poo in them.

Will never return to a McDonald’s when passing through Prince Albert. Dear God.

The young man at the counter who took our order was nice though.

The other who couldn’t wait for my six year old son to walk through the entrance wasn’t though. He just barged out, then began sprinting down the sidewalk and around the corner of the building. Don’t know what business he had that was so pressing he needed to do that.

In all seriousness though, someone should probably have the health department pay this...

I been to this restaurant a few times this year and can not understand why the drive through is so inefficient. They have two lines that feed three windows and this McDonald's uses them quit well, so it's hard to understand why they are unreasonably slow. Just the other day I pull into the left lane behind two cars.another white car pulls up into the right lane behind two cars. My lane did not move! The two cars,the white car .,followed by a grey truck, another truck a mini van all ordered and move forward then after six cars the black SUV in front of my line finally moved forward. So that's six seven eight nine cars before I get to the sleeker? They I complained to the window girl and she flat out ignores me. Does the staff and managers not know? That there is a burger king and a Wendy's down the road! Next time I'm in Prince Albert. I will have to re evaluate where I buy full meal deals for a grown family of four at an average of ten$ a person. And I will share my story with everyone else that likes to stop in PA for road food on the way home or...
