The hostess told us there were tables cleaned for us but no one walked us over to a clean table so we were confused and couldn’t find a clean table and then he told us in a very annoyed way that they weren’t ready so we waited. Then we finally got to sit down and we had two different people take our order both in a rush and not interested in us. We order and then i told them about my allergy (i understand the risk i take eating out and that’s why i go out of my way to not order fried foods but they still gave me something fried along with my gluten free meal which would flare up my allergy because fried foods come in contact with gluten whether it’s gluten free or not) so when i got my food i asked if it was gluten free and maybe they had a separate frier and the waiter confirmed and then came back after i started eating to tell me it actually wasn’t gluten free and they made a mistake. The manager later came and apologized and told me the waiter wasn’t aware of allergies. After that I barely touched my food but didn’t ask for it to be free because they had already done a great job at making us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Read moreYesterday a friend and I went to Montana’s for half price wings because they have that special on Mondays. We went on consecutive Mondays and ordered the exact same thing both times just the double dusted wings and thats it. Well for some odd reason the staff particularly our waiter who we had both weeks seemed upset by that and treated us much differently compared to the previous Monday. The wings were over cooked, the honey garlic sauce was scant and the waiter walked by us a couple times and didn’t ask us how are food was. This felt intentional. We were left feeling very unwelcomed. All the other times we have been there the service was excellent but this time was totally different and I don’t see any reason for this other than they were mad we only ordered half price wings. DON’T have that special if you don’t want ppl coming on Monday’s for half price wings. Read moreWent there with about 5 of our friends for our regular " Wing Night" Looking for a change, Ordered the Cilantro Chicken, Which came with rice and vegetables. My Chicken tasted like it was cooked a day or two prior, Rice was hard and undercooked, and vegetable medley was cold... although it looked like it was supposed to be served hot.... when the server came around to ask how everything was, I explained to him how my dish was cold, undercooked and chicken tasted rewarmed, he pretty much said " Oh... Well Sorry, That Sucks.." And walked away. Talked to a manager as well and no luck. They removed my barely touched plate from the table without offering a change of dish or refund. If I wasn't so buzzed and happy from the drinks our group was ordering I may have walked right out. Highly Disliked the lack of customer appreciation there.
