McDonald's — Restaurant in Prince Albert

Staff was cold rude & unattentive when i went to eat there in the dining area. Thats when we found out they don't give any drink refills anymore. I called there today to verify that there are no refills before I decided to post this & I got hung up on immediately after i asked. I called back 2 more times & they just picked up the phone & hung up on me. I'm extremely disappointed by the new renovation because this location now does not give any drink refills AT ALL. Which is so shocking for a Mcdonalds or any fast food or restaurant for that matter. This will greatly affect my future decision to go here or not. I think the decision to quit giving drink refills will be detrimental to this locations future success. If you do a simple Google search you will see how little a soda refill costs the restaurant. It's about 10 cents. The whole situation is absolutely ridiculous. Shame on this location...

Excellent service by the night shift staff! I work till late night, and usually go to McDonalds for a snack. The one difference, I experienced between 2nd evenue McD and cornerstone Mcd is that, staff working at cornerstone night shift is fabulous and eager to help customers, regardless of time and order. 2nd Ave McDonalds stops receiving food orders after 3:45 am to 4:35 am. I don’t know what they do for 50 minutes of time. I am well aware about system closing process, it takes maximum 25 minutes, however I have never received food at 2nd ave Mcd at night. On the other hand, cornerstone McDonalds always serves food to customers, almost all the time. They follow the closing process on punctual times and keeps their customers happy. I've been here a few times. Usually not too bad, except there's a whole bunch of flies just swarming you when you're trying to eat. Just today I came with my family and as soon as you enter it just reeks of vomit. Especially at the back where you fill up your drinks. At least 10 times as more flies in there than I've ever seen. We had to move to the front where the smell was at least manageable, but still lingering. There was flies everywhere. Landing on your food, you, the seat, the table, buzzing around. The staff seemed dull too. We told them that it smells like vomit and they replied they don't know where the smell is coming from. Absolutely horrible experience, never coming back. Only good thing was that they gave out these free Coca Cola cups when you got a specific meal. The smell still makes me...
