This was our second time eating here...first time was not good at all. That was in July of last year. We kept hearing that the food was so good from other people we knew. Thought we'd give it another try for my birthday. Just ate there tonight and it was awful! I ordered perogies and my husband ordered butter chicken...$20 for each meal. And nearly $4 for a small Pepsi...and no menus. His was barely decent. Mine was unacceptable..my perogies came swimming in oil...half of them were still frozen on the inside. They were so tough you had to cut them with a knife. I told our waiter and he offered to remake them. I said no to that as this was my second bad meal there. My husband mentioned that he had brought me there for my birthday and thought maybe they would offer us a dessert on the house. But no...we were totally ignored and no one spoke to us again. We will never step foot in there again. Really too bad as we live a few blocks from there and would of loved to visit this establishment more often. I would not recommend dining...
Read moreI've had breakfast here multiple times because friends always want to go to Shenanigans to feel fancy. The pancakes I got were tough and bland both times I've had them, and I paid extra since it wasn't breakfast, so not sure what the excuse is.
I ordered French toast, paid an extra $3.50 for STRAWBERRIES and whipped cream, I was served 1 single strawberry, cut in half with a dollop of whipped cream. The bacon I ordered was inedible, I couldn't bite through it. I informed the lady at the counter and all she offered me was an apology, no replacement bacon or protein, no voucher for next time, only "I am so sorry ma'am" a few times.
The owner was there on the French toast day, she was dressed up in Chef whites in the kitchen. She really let my plate out of that kitchen with rock hard bacon and a pitiful amount of strawberries? 🤨 I expect way better for the prices that you are asking of us.
Fatburger even does breakfast (better than you guys) for a fraction...
Read moreMy partner and I went for brunch after it being highly talked about by some friends. I had avoided Shenanigans for some time after buying stale pastries and cheesecakes on multiple occasions. Thought maybe things had improved.
It all looked crammed and felt messy. Every serving spoon was sticky and were being used in multiple dishes, the eggs Benedict spoon covered in hollandaise sauce was going into the scrambled eggs for example.
They were out of pancakes/waffles the entire 45 mins we were there and just before we left they put out very hard waffles. The Asian style ribs were tough, there was a dish on the buffet we couldn’t recognize, I thought it was boiled turkey bones, turns out it was bread pudding. We also ordered coffee but never received the milk we requested 2 times for.
Not worth the $75 for 2 people for brunch and...
