This Tim Hortons is the WORST Tim Horton's in Prince Albert! I no longer will go to this location due to the service in the drive thru. They put quantity over quality .. focusing more on their service times than their customers. Other locations are just as efficient but don't sacrifice their level of service to achieve it. At this location, you are rushed once at the window and they always try to get you to grab your drinks as you are operating the debit machine. I only have 2 hands . . They have even asked if they can pass the coffees to my 5 year old in the back seat while I was paying ! You can sense their anxiety as they watch the timer and it rubs off on the customers. Mistakes are common and when you tell them there is a mistake...instead of apologizing they get defensive and try to point the blame to you "no... you ordered chocolate chill..." "No, you must have misheard I ordered tropical FRUIT chill" ( I always throw the fruit in as the names sound similar . ..) and they will argue about it when all you want is the proper drink ! Once when ordering muffins, they informed us at the window that they were out of the muffin we ordered...so we asked what other kinds they have.. they then handed me a bag with some random muffin.. I asked what it was (it was not what I ordered).. the cashier told us that's what they were giving me and would not tell me what kind of muffins were available... It's ridiculous.. I am a paying customer, not some practice run to improve your service time ... they need to take a lesson from the other locations and fix this problem ! One of the girl crew in drive thru is very unprofessional, her voice is angry when she ask my order and keep repeating the question what is my order and what size, maybe she couldn't hear me and when i finally got my order at the window i checked it and it was wrong so i asked to change it ofcourse because i got a wrong flavor of timbits then when she got it she threw the box of timbits on the counter top and get a new one while she's walking back through the window she whispered and says "what are we looking at?! Like what the?! Ofcourse we're shock! that's why we looked at her because we're not expecting that she will throw the food..we just can't complain at the main office website because they didn't give our receipt. Read moreI swung by Tim Hortons today, just needed to use the restroom. The cleaning lady had just finished up, so it was good to go. But the staff made me wait half an hour, saying it wasn't a public restroom and I'd have to buy something first. The manager, Michelle, even argued with me. Just because some folks mess up the restroom doesn't mean it should be off-limits to everyone. This is the second time I've found it 'under cleaning'. I'm planning to report this to the city as well. The reason why I am saying is because it is an emergency as I work on road all the time and they were still arguing with me to go use somewhere else. Just in case if someone have a kidney problem in which they need to go to washroom on regular hours during the day and what if something happens to the customer would the manager be held responsible?
