Chopped Leaf — Restaurant in Prince George

We ordered from Skip the Dishes and our order was delivered completely wrong. We ordered a bowl with extras and removed any dairy as my fiancé is allergic. We also ordered some veggie rolls and a custom salad for myself. What we got was quesadilla and a bowl with sour cream and chedder! As indicated by the Skip the Dishes website, the restaurant is responsible for the packaging of the order. We were so disappointed. When we tried to call The Chopped Leaf, it went straight to voicemail several times. My fiancé had to drive to Chopped Leaf to get our order changed - which completely defeats the purpose of having it delivered in the first place!

Thankfully they happily corrected our order and provided us with coupons. The food was delicious and overall great quality. I hope that our order error was a one time thing - otherwise I hope they find ways of improving how online orders are prepped and provided for delivery! I also hope they take their phone off...

Came in tonight and hadn't been in since they changed their menu. I used to order the Pegasus, but i guess they got rid of it so the cashier recommended the Mediterranean since I specified that I wanted a salad with kalamata olives. This may seem picky, but the reason I order this salad is for the olives. I'd choose another one if i knew they didn't have any olives left. But i got home and there was zero olives in the bowl. Called the store and asked if we could potentially get a credit or a remake of the salad with olives, and the girl on the phone replied 'Oh yea. We have no olives.' , to which i said that would've been nice to know as then I wouldn't have spent $12 on a salad I didn't want, to which she said, 'I didn't know that until I made the salad.' Not sure if the manager is aware of this customer service but I hope they will make a change after this. Relatively minor issues that could've been...

I had such a great experience at Chopped Leaf! The staff and representatives are amazing always welcoming, working with a smile, and making the ordering process so easy. They explain everything in detail, which makes it such a positive experience.

The atmosphere in the store is wonderful, very clean and inviting. I especially love their salad bowls and wraps they’re fresh, healthy, and always make me feel good after eating. They also have lots of options like sandwiches, quesadillas, and amazing dressings to choose from.

As a vegetarian, I really appreciate that they offer so many vegetarian and even vegan options. It’s not always easy to find such variety, and everything tastes great!

This place has become my go-to spot, and I’ll definitely keep coming back....
