We decided to have dinner at Earls today, specifically because we really enjoy their Hunan Chicken noodles. However, due to oversight, we had forgotten that it would most likely be busy due to Father’s Day. Initially, we considered seeking an alternative location, given our tight schedule and another engagement within an hour. Nevertheless, we were pleasantly surprised to secure a table right away amidst the busy atmosphere – the last one available for two.
Our server, Rachel, was warm, welcoming, and accommodating from the get-go. Despite the evident rush, we placed our order, fully aware that there might be some wait due to the busy day. The food took a bit to arrive due to the busy environment, Conscious of our up coming commitment, we requested our bill in advance to expedite our departure post-meal as we didn't have a lot of time to stay. We had no grievances; we understood that the delay was a consequence of our own oversight about the possible Father's Day rush.
Yet, what happened next was nothing short of extraordinary. Rachel returned and advised that they would be waiving our bill. We insisted on paying – after all, we were not dissatisfied or blaming them for any inconvenience. But the management remained firm on their decision, emphasizing their commitment to ensuring an enjoyable experience for all customers, encompassing not just the food, but the overall ambiance and time spent at Earls.
This act of exceptional service left an indelible mark on us. It was not about the waived bill – we firmly believe in paying for food and service no matter the situation. It was their emphasis on customer satisfaction, their adherence to providing top-notch service even on the busiest of days, that truly impressed us. I'm more than happy to support an establishment that values its customers to this degree, offering both exceptional food and unparalleled service. In all my years, I've never encountered such a gesture from any other establishment, and it's a testament to the service ethos that...

Read more4 PM Service was slow.
The cooks seemed to congregate around the pizza area a lot chatting .With so many cooks the service should be fast right? LOL The televisions are only visible from the lounge/bar area unfortunately. I did like the booth seating . I love the green furniture, very classy.
I was happy to see my waitress was over 30 yrs old. So nice to see older mature women as waitresses. The one cook needs a beard net! Totally gross. The soup and salad was a very nice size. I appreciated the anchovy flavor. I would like to see the cook wearing possibly face masks or have the all been vaccinated? Sorry just thinking of food safety. The soup was really good. The salad was soggy. The musical entertainment needs work. Atmosphere was alright but, super noisy not the greatest for a romantic dinner. Great party atmosphere though . The rib of the romaine lettuce should always be removed when preparing a Ceasar salad as the rib in the leaves hold the water and create a bitter flavor as well as an unpleasant surprise. I appreciated the classier dress code for the waitresses. Much nicer. Price wise I would recommend Earl's since there standards are keep to percesion. Just my thoughts after years of professional cooking. You could save a lot on labour cost by cutting back a bit. The music is too loud. Beautiful venue in many aspects. It's cool you have a difficult section for the takeaway orders. I appreciated that there isn't a delivery driver standing in front of guests seated I. the waiting area.
Please bring back the old style margaritas that were creamy and frozen like a slushie. Overall it is still a decent place eat 11.00 for a side of french fries is crazy! Overpriced...
