McDonald's — Restaurant in Prince George

Customer service was not at all great. I was soloing 3 young children and the place was rather busy, to my mistake I had missed the check box asking if I needed a bag for take out, so when our order came in many seperate pieces I had mentioned that it was to be taken and eaten at home since there was no where to sit. The lady behind the counter was very rude and snappy saying that i did not check the mark saying I needed a bag and that the HAD to charge 25 cents (not that big of a deal really just the attitude and condesending tone was very VERY much not appreciated for anyone working with the public) Other customers noticed and agreed the staff attitude was not at approriate for...

Not impressed with food size change of the McDouble meal. For years I order the McDouble meal and I get a McDouble medium drink and medium fries. I was absolutely shocked when I was given a small fries and small drink, especially in the summertime when all drinks all sizes are a dollar!!

Any major changes in product size and prices should be alerted on the order board.

And the order boards in the drive-thru and restaurant are so scattered with the prices being smaller than the calories and the board changing so quickly you can't read it. It's the most useless order board I've ever seen.

Other than those frustrations the food is fine. It's McDonald's. I appreciate the service...

I've worked in the food industry before, and I wanted to do was help the employees by letting them know that toys have a way to identify what Ugly Doll is what... and they kept sending me to someone else, until I got the manager, and the manager himself didn't wanna understand I was trying to help them... I didn't like the location's mannerism to its customers.
