Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Prince George

Today 01 Sep 2024 at around 11-11:30 am, I witnessed what was one of the most unprofessional behaviour by a staff member. We ordered over the drive-thru and there was a confusion about the coupon activation from one card and having to pay with a gift card. The girl that was in the drive thru with red dyed hair was super nice, however when she asked another staff for help and explained the situation, an Indian lady came up (who I’m assuming was a supervisor). The red-haired girl then tried to explain to her that we were activating a coupon from my bf’s app and were going to pay with the gift card on my app… which was not working. The supervisor proceeded to unprofessionally dismiss the girl and shouted “Okay! Okay! Just chill!” I thought that it was not that big of a deal that the girl didn’t know that you can’t use two cards in one transaction. It was a horrible thing to witness and I should have said something, but I was just so appalled by how she handled the situation. If your staff is trying to explain something to you, learn to listen and educate in private. You do not have to humiliate her in front of your customers about something she clearly did not know about. The red-haired girl is nice and polite. She proceeded to apologize as we left. I am so sorry you were treated the way you were today. It’s not your fault. The Indian lady with the star earring I believe needs to be trained about respect in the workplace. Drive Thru 15 deep - went inside to order - Electronic order boards did not have the items that we wanted ( Retro Donuts) waited in line behind one person - they were served then that employee just left - waited 5 minutes - another employee walked by, looked at the line and kept walking - waited another 5 minutes a third employee walked by - went to the far till and started serving other people that just walked in, ignoring the line we were in. They didn't have any selection of donuts left from the specials - and the place was looking pretty run down and the employee attitudes seemed very poor - We left when the other line was finished and we still weren't served, that employee just left also. 20 minutes waiting - wow I have never seen such poor service inside a restaurant before. And I won't be back...

We went for coffee and we ordered potato wedges along, they served cold potato wedges. When i went back to tell them they were like you want Fresh one or you want refund, that too when i was sitting there and having the coffee. Not very happy with the customer service. This is not the first time happened here, the same happened to me before as well.

They even did not apologize for a single time, we were sitting there and they called us to pick our food from the counter. I am writing this review while sitting in this place and time current time is 6:39pm. Very pathetic service, never gonna come here again with my family.

They really should work on...
