Read morei’ve never felt the need to leave a review on customer service because everyone has their bad days, but i had a awfully memorable experience with their staff member Sandra to say the least. class just ended at the high school nearby, so it was a bit busy, but nothing compared to what it looks like at lunch hour. the orders were called and given as usual, but when it came to my order on the screen, it disappeared along with Sandra and the food, calling out a 200 order when i was 871. i waited 20 minutes for my food, only to realize she took and gave our order to someone who had been seated. another employee pointed out that we had been standing for a while and so i asked if my order was okay, she asked so i confirmed my order, and then Sandra proceeded to tell me “she was looking me in the eyes” when she was calling out the wrong order . the same employee that made Sandra aware of the situation apologized first about the misunderstanding which was very kind (i have nothing but good things to say about the service at that location), but i’ve never faced such an unorganized work ethic even before the confrontation for my order. she walked up the men that ordered after to confirm their orders and even took the receipt from a gentleman that had just finished ordering at a kiosk. i’ve been going to this location since my grandparents took me for happy meals at the play place, but i’ve never had service i felt the need to bring to a...
