Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Prince George

The worst experience ever. Even giving one star is too good. I put the order through skip the dishes app at 7:30pm. My order included 3 items 2 pizzas and one salad. 45 minutes later, the order is left at my order. I picked it up and noticed the salad is missing. I call the call the center and ask them to transfer me to the location where I ordered from. The employee tells me sorry they forgot to give to the driver and I should get it in 15 minutes. I call back 30 minutes later and told again that I should get it in 15 minutes and call after 30 minutes. The call center tried to transfer call to location but they won't take the call. We ordered a thin crust pizza and when we opened it at home we found it was badly burnt on one side, so my husband took it back.
