Unprofessional Service and Incorrect Charge at subway (Pine centre)
During my visit, I inquired about using a Subway gift card as a form of payment. The initial employee I spoke with confirmed that gift cards were accepted. However, after attempting to use the card, it was declined. Another employee, named Sukh, then stated that the location did not accept gift cards.
Upon paying with another card, the payment terminal did not prompt me to add a tip. After the transaction, I requested a receipt and noticed that a tip had been added without my consent. When I brought this to the attention of the employees, I was told it was a mistake but that a refund was not possible. Instead, they offered to give me the amount of the tip from their own funds, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional.
Furthermore, Sukh was rude and made me feel as though I was causing a significant inconvenience. Her behavior was unacceptable, and her comments about the line being long due to my issue were unwarranted.
I expect a higher standard of customer service from your establishments and hope that you will address this issue with the employees involved. Insist of passing these comments she should learn how to solve a problem. And the way she was rude it show she is paying...

Read moreI went here to get doordash order. There was not any customer in the store. I wait here for almost 20 minutes to get my order. The staff was just talking to each other and ignored me. They were not making my order. When I asked them about my order 5-6 times and they were just ignoring me. I connected with doordash about it and doordash called them and on that time they said that our store is very busy and our store is under inspection. They were lying infront of me and after the call staff said we will take 25-30 minutes more to make food. Staff doesn't have customer handling skills. So rude behaviour of staff.
