As I always use drive threw on my lunch break from work. I decide to venture inside to order my regular 5 deal (burger and med drink) As I order she has problems putting it into till, because it's a new system she replied. After a few attempts and a few other costumers already made their orders beside me with no problems. She asked a fellow worker for help. He comes over tells her what to do then leaves. She then puts order in and asked for 7 dollars and some change. Right away I tell her that the deal is 5 dollars and tax as I come threw drive threw 2 to 3 times a week. She then replied your right. As she figures things out i told her i going to the washroom. When I return she goes to opening in back and asked for help. The guy flipping burgers then tells her something that she tries in till with no luck. She the goes back for help again. The guy flipping burgers tells her something again and she tries, which does not work. I then ask for manager. At this time I'm running out of lunch break and getting hungry smelling the other people around me getting there orders with no problems. The guy flipping burgers who helped the 1st time and left, returned and ask what's the problem. Aparently he was the manager. I tell him I wanted 5 deal on the sighn above his head and been waiting 15 min to order and you know the rest. As he has problems because it's a new system he has to charge me 7 dollers and some change because he doesn't know how to use till. I refuse and he kicks me out. I called in because the skip driver didn’t arrive with my order. So I called skip and got my credits back and reordered what I originally was supposed to get. Skip placed me with the same driver, so I called DQ and asked if they could just make sure the driver didn’t mess up. I know it’s not their job, but I wasn’t feeling well and I just really wanted food. Makayla reassured me she would mention it to the driver and to call back with any issues. An hour later she called me back to check-in to make sure my order was received in good order and that I was happy.    Read moreAfter repeating my order so many times they asked me to drive up and park to wait for chicken. I ordered 3 cheese burger meals and 2 crispy chicken combos. My total was $50. When the girl came out to give me my food I asked if there was 5 burgers in the bag and she said yup. I had all 5 drinks already. When we got home there was only 4 burger. 1 chicken was missing. I called the store and the girl said there was 1 chicken burger in there. I explained that I paid for 5 combos and she said she didnt know cause she didnt take the order but she did know there was 1 chicken burger apparently. She never apologised and she was very rude.
