March 3 2023. Cashier working 4-5pm was rude and so was the other girl handling the food, she grabbed my mothers fries touching them with bare hands. I demanded my mother gets untouched fried and they where insulted and so arrogant afterwards. My mom forgot her debit card and they did not come to give it to us. Just kept it. Another customer came to us and told us she is withholding our debit card. She didn’t say anything and took it out from her pockets. I had to go back for sauce and they made me wait and wait. The girl handling the food noticed me and went to the back and came back with a pot of Vaseline and rubbing her hands with it. When I asked for sauce she slapped it on the counter. Service à l'auto 0. Le gérant de la place, imaginez-vous !! J'arrive au service à l'auto vers 12h25 ! Je me commander un mama burger(sans fromage) car intolérance !!! J'arrive à la fenêtre, il me donne le prix, je lui demande c'est bien sans fromage??? Immédiatement il me répond d'un ton assez sarcastique( si vous trouvez ça TROP CHER madame appelé monsieur Legeault pour vous plaindre de nos taxes 😮) !!! Mais quel jugement sur moi, sur mon état financier !!!! Qui à dit que je me plaignait du montant ? Je demande s'il y a du fromage le clown !!!! Rendu au moment du paiement il me met la machine à PayPass très loin et moins de 2 secondes, question que ça ne fonctionne pas, 2 e fois même chose !! Je lui mentionne que la machine est trop loin de moi et il me répond ma machine je la connais !!!!! Et la il me fixe et ne dit rien, me propose aucunement rien ??? Il en avait carrément rien à foutre !!!! Ben imaginez vous dont que je suis réparti de la sans ma commande, bien évidemment et je peux vous juré que c'est la dernière fois que je vais à cet endroit !!!! Si le gérant agit comme celà envers la clientèle, imaginez-vous avec les employés et l'ambiance de travail la bas 😮 !!!!!!! AUCUN RESPECT et manque de savoir vivre étonnant ! August 6 2023. Teen burgers and onion rings were disgusting. Burger was dry, as if it was from leftover from days past and had mustard in it(usually it doesn't). Onion rings were very salty, not crispy and tasted weird. Cashier did not want to give us mugs when we told her we were eating inside.
