Restaurant An Na — Restaurant in Quebec

The service was absolutely horrible. We got to the restaurant and waited for about 30 minutes for our order to be taken. When the waitress got to our table, she had a very foul attitude and it did not help at all that she didn't speak English. I tried to communicate using Google translate, but she did not have any patience and abruptly left mid-order, giving no notice of leaving. We expected her to get another worker that could speak English, but she did not and just went straight to another table. We left shortly after because no one came to take our order. The service was highly unprofessional, and ruined the whole experience. I definitely would not recommend this place, especially if you are a foreign visitor looking for somewhere...

Worst place I have eaten out in over 40 years. Nothing Thailand or Vietnam about it. Service terrible, obligatory tips tasteless food. I wonder if the owners/cooks have ever tasted true Thai before. I got Canadian style gravy dumped on Canadian cut veggies and a tiny , tiny bit of vermicelli on the side. I was stunned. No flavour whatsoever ! The place was packed with people over 70 and now I know why. Plus the whole mess cost me Almost 30.00 Do not go unless you are over 70, with no palate and have never been off the continent or tasted authentic Thai...

Beware travelers!

If I could I would give a -5 stars. First, the wait was very long and nobody came to take our order. When a waitress did arrive she was so rude, got frustrated and left halfway through our order. In the end we did not eat here and found an alternative place to eat. If you are planning on coming to this restaurant, you should rethink your decision. We were descriminated for speaking English and not French. If the owner reads this, you should change your ways and your waiter's and waitress's personalities.
