Boston Pizza — Restaurant in Quebec

We waited 40 minutes for our food, there weren't that many people and no one else had ordered food, when the food arrived I told the waitress that that was not what I ordered, I only ordered half ribs and what they gave me was the combo of ribs and wings, the waitress told me she was going to change it, 10 minutes later she came to my table telling me that she was going to give me another half of ribs and that that was how the full ribs would be, I told her that I didn't want them and she told me that she had already ordered them and that she couldn't cancel them, I told her that I didn't want to wait another 40 minutes just for them to bring me that when I didn't order them and she told me that if I wanted them I could return them but that I couldn't cancel them, when we asked for the bill she charged me for the full ribs instead of what I ordered which were half ribs I didn't touch the wings that they gave me extra or the other half of a rib. Instead of paying 21 dollars, they ended up...

As I sit here and write this I am absolutely blown away by how disgusting our experience was here tonight. My partner and I are both managers for an upscale casual restaurant chain in Canada, and in all of our years we have never witnessed such blatant disregard for health codes. Our server was fine, but there were two girls working that were absolutely not. Both were dressed very inappropriately, one was brushing her hair behind the bar and the other BRUSHED HER TEETH on the expo line in the kitchen. I strongly suggest management watch the cameras from about 9:40 to 10:00 pm in those areas. I would certainly want to know if my staff were behaving like that while unsupervised. We frequent Boston Pizza in our hometown and this is most definitely not the brand standards...

Terrible service!!! We waited 22 minutes to get our order taken, then another 17 minutes (39 minutes before the drink was in our hand) just to get a drink, and our meal was no appealing at all to look at! The steak is NOTHING special! Being from Ottawa and a Boston pizza lover.... Extremely disappointed in the service we got. I ordered a 10oz steak with veggies and my side was a cesar salad with no crotons extra sauce.... I got no veggies, she upgraded my salad and didn't ask me which took away my veggies, there was no sauce on my salad and a load of croutons. My husband got a pizza and a side cease and she got him the dinners alas when he just wanted the starter . She upgraded and charged us more .The waitress was extremely rude and rolled her eyes...
