With decent burgers in place, there are still opportunities for improvements.
First - you have ketchup on demand, in small single-serve "airplane-mode" applications. It's a joke as it's not convenient at all, all QSRs got rid off this stuff long time ago, while you are behind. Are you really trying to save money? Just put big squeeze bottles, the same what your competitors do.
Second - your fries. You either have to change oil more frequently or to change the type of the oil you use as fries' smell is not nice and good flavour is lost.
Third and the main one - your personnel. While I appreciate the fact that people work on a minimum wage, it's not an excuse for not to maintain standard practices of how to welcome and service customers. No one was rude or disrespectful in my case, but simple "good morning", "how are you doing, Sir", "what else would you like" or just a smile would be greatly...
