Had dinner at this restaurant, remember to make reservations!

This restaurant is very good at French/Quebecois stuff. Not others. My dumb brain ordered sabayon because I never tried before. Basically is Italian dessert, is not as good as the other dessert. It also doesn’t fit as the end of the 3 course dining.

What they good at is very good. I also order lobster cake, which is not a good entree at all. It will be good if I’m eating a burger or something, but I’m not eating burger X)

So I have suggestions for the restaurant, maybe they can do a recommendation for what goes well together as a set, or remove those awkward item that shouldn’t be on the menu.

We had macaron at the end and is the best macaron I’ve ever had. All others macaron are dry and too sweet, but here they add maple syrup/jelly in between and something else. It was so good.

Just remember to order the correct thing folks! Is...

Stayed at Best Western and this is the restaurant attached to it. Has a 4 diamond rating by CAA. Our last day stay we decided to have breakfast here. Nice selection of eggs, omelettes crepes and waffles. First off I didn’t give it 5 stars only because the restaurant is oddly placed in the hallways of Best western. I could see kitchen is one side of hall and restaurant on the other and servers are walking back and forth which is such a poor and awkward design. But interior of the restaurant looked very nice despite construction. Breakfast was nice eggs, omelet was decent and presentation delicious marmalade offered with toast. Tea was not great. Waffle was cakey and crumbly although presentation was pretty. Service was great. I saw evening menu and it’s high end meal but seems odd to be placed in Best western. Glad we tried it would recommend if...

So I stumbled in here off the street. This place is attached to the best Western and I need a place to eat. Yes, it was expensive, but wow was is good

So I was traveling from Halifax, and I find better fish in Quebec? What's the deal. Needless to say, the culinary techniques here are more refined and it shows.

I ordered the tuna steak which was grilled perfectly. The sides were a mix of our pureed and whole vegetables. The balance of fresh grilled fish, pureed root vegetables topped with fresh vegetables was a perfect blend of fresh, rich and wholesome. I have never felt quite so fulfilled by a seafood dish.

To top it off, the staff were excellent. They worked with my English and broken French and ensured I was cared for.

If you are willing to send a bit more, this place is worth it....
