Fantastic Lebanese Cuisine – A Delightful Experience!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Le Cedre and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the staff was attentive and helpful, happy to answer our questions about the menu.

We ordered a variety of dishes to share, starting with fresh hummus and tabbouleh. The hummus was smooth, creamy, and perfectly seasoned, while the tabbouleh was bright, fresh, and full of flavor with the ideal balance of parsley and lemon. The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – some of the best I’ve had! The shawarma was tender and juicy, wrapped with care, and the spices added a delightful kick.

To finish off our meal, we couldn’t resist trying the baklava. It was absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness and that perfect flaky texture. Every bite was satisfying.

One of the finest food I have tasted in Quebec city, great people, awesome portions and humble gestures add in on top of the quality of the food, I must say their are pretty authentic Lebanese when it comes to the taste and warm interactions.... the chicken they prepared were so fresh and falafal was too big, salads were also fresh and garlic sauce was amazing, but the red spicy sauce is something Mesmerized us to force us to go and ask extra... the owner is a gentleman and they always ask about the experience... I regret my last visit as I did not tip them as they did not serve the food into the table, rather we had to take it on our own .... but their gesture will be remembered, as I gave them honest review and satisfactory reactions while finishing my food, they offered us free baklava... we came here to visit and I love quebec city as a destination but quebec city will be more close to my heart for this place, I try to come at least twice in an year and I will try visit them each time .......

this restaurant it’s very Illegal need to be checked by the health Quebec first thing first there’s no gloves the guy touches the nose and he go out of the kitchen outside he take the garbage and he put his hand inside of the garbage bag, the cage, the bags, and after that he served the people plate.

Second thing they don’t ask you if you want sauce on your plate or not normal they ask you or they bought it on the side and smoke container. third, the owner who was looking around, but there is nobody watching him, and he take all the tips on container plastic on the side of the cashier ., and he put it in the cashier.

Is it legal for a restaurant owner to keep all to go tips and give none to either the servers who put the order together or the cooks who make the food?
