Poulet Rouge — Restaurant in Quebec

We had a great experience at Poulet Rouge, thanks to the amazing service from Yven! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He patiently explained the menu and translated everything into English to help us make the best choices. He even took the time to interact with my daughter, playing pretend, encouraging her to eat, and making her laugh.

Throughout our meal, he kept checking in on us to make sure we were enjoying everything. The food recommendations he gave were absolutely delicious! It’s not every day you find someone who combines kindness, professionalism, and fun the way Yven did. Thank you for making our visit...

Went there without expecting anything, I just wanted a quick warm meal. I’m glad I decided to go for Poulet Rouge because I have officially discovered the best spot for healthy, warm meals. The chicken is flavourful and cooked perfectly. The portions are big and worth every penny!!! I filled up my bowl with a bunch of veggies and protein as well as rice and what looks like quinoa or bulgur. Everything is as tasty as can be! It’s fresh and convenient. The staff was super nice and helped me figure out what I wanted. I have nothing bad to say and will visit this restaurant a thousand more...

Never going there again. This is the worst experience I had in a restaurant in the province of Quebec. The workers did not adhere to anything I had requested and I even did my best to speak french. I asked for 2 cheese and 1 oignon as my 3 ingredients and I only get a little cheese. How did I pay for 3 ingredients just to receive 1 and a half??? I would’ve loved a reimbursement but I guess it...
