Updated stars and review...

while our first experience was not wonderful, we want to first say we had to wait a long time to be seated as the restaurant was extremely crowded, and our waiter may not have have understood us so well and perhaps that was the reason the food we ordered was not so wonderful. Next three nights we were in the restaurant across the street, even our hotel room was in the same hotel where the Cosmos restaurant location is.

We published our review that was less than stellar and after we saw Restaurant Manager comments here, we went back and spoke with 2 managers that expressed their concern about our customer experience. They apologized to us and wanted to make us happy and gave us some fresh fruits when we left that discussion.

We were so impressed that the managers sought to understand the problem and genuinely wanted to make things right. That the managers listened to us with empathy showed us that they care about their customers, so we have upgraded our review and look forward to going to this restaurant next time we are in Quebec City again.

Original review I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars! My mom's salad was not fresh, and for my crème brûlée, the Caramel was over torched and more than burnt, and the food was a bit off!

It was our first time in Quebec city and the first night was not so fun from that restaurant!
