Update: I made a complaint by sending an e-mail to support@boustan.ca and they gave me compensation. I love Boustan and I take back everything I said. I think that day it was simply a bad employee that prepared my order.
Worst meal I ever ordered and I never make complaints. On September 29, 2024 I placed an order for a shish taouk wrap trio with rice instead of potatoes on Uber Eats at 11 am. I eat at Boustan's in Montreal all the time, but this Boustan in Quebec City was extremely bad. The wrap had barely any ingredients and nothing inside, including the meat, tasted fresh. The wrap was also barely toasted so it was super chewy (That's a big issue because Boustan is known for their crispy wraps). The rice was also very stale. I'm convinced who ever opened the store that day (opens at 11 am) simply did not have any food prepared and used whatever was left over...
Read moreI just ordered on Ubereats. The rice was immensely undercooked (see the yellow grains in the pic), it could not be removed from the Bowl because it is mixed with everything else.
I ordered a large mixed bowl that has literally 3 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of meat. I also ordered extra beef on the side (see picture), for an extra 6.5$. It looks just about dead.
A food safety complaint was sent to Ubereats, as I have never seen a food item as recklessly made as this, and for a hefty price.
Disgusting.

Read moreI’m reaching out to share my disappointment with my recent order. The entire meal I received was burnt, as shown in the attached photos. This was not what I expected from your restaurant, and it left me very dissatisfied.
Additionally, I noticed that the restaurant does not appear to be very clean, which is concerning. I would advise others to be cautious and pay attention to cleanliness when dining there.
Due to this experience, I will not be ordering...
