This is clearly a very popular place. We were there on a Sunday evening and the parking lot was packed and we had about a 25 minute wait (no reservation) before being seated. The lady at the reception desk was very pleasant and spoke fluent French and English, she hussled to get people seated. There is a wide variety of foods, something for everyone for sure, not all of it was spectacular but most of it was and certainly none of it left unfinished at our table of 4. The food bars were very well attended to, staff were very on point in keeping the food available. We found it to be a little on the loud side, it is a big place, lots of people, I don't blame the restaurant for this of course, some people have just lost or never known a sense of decorum in public. Pricing is a touch high but that is also understandable when you consider the vast variety of foods available. There were TONS of crabs legs, as an example.
All in all, we certainly enjoyed it enough to want to go back during our next visit to Q.C. but we might want to choose a slightly quieter...
Read moreThe food was horrible for what you pay for take out. The buffet closes from 3-4 so we had to take away we ordered 3 chicken fried rice and 2 beef with black bean sauce . The fried rice was stale and over fried and the beef dish we didn’t rarely found any beef it was only bell peppers. We paid $85 and felt like this one of the worst Chinese we had. Even if you took buffet we found it wasn’t like full most of the dishes were empty but I won’t talk about buffet as we were grabbing takeout for lunch. BOTTEM LINE DO NOT TAKE-OUT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Also this is what we found as we went right around closing time for lunch so don’t know if take out is better at a different time. For the price it is definitely...
Read moreAs a worker there, I have to say that, of all the buffets I went to: this is the last one I'll be going to if I had the choice. Why? Well, because the food tastes okay, but it tastes cheaper and the place is usually extremely crowded during weekends (I can complain, I'm the one cleaning the dishes c: ). Yes, it's not really a "chinese buffet", but still. The staff is very nice, a nice place to go if you feel "different". Personally, I love their chicken wings, their saussges, their fries, their spare ribs and their... "General Tao", if I remember correctly. Again, this is my opinion, but if you really want to have an opinion of this place, you'll have to try it for yourself. I recommend...
