The service I received this evening was less than adequate, and worse. I was served a large decaf where the milk and sugar was floating on the top, and the rest was near room temperature. I used an example of sticking my finger in the beverage to demonstrate that it was not hot, and then, I took a couple large sips to further demonstrate that it was not hot. I asked for a new beverage, and was told that "you already drank some", by the attendant. That is when I told them I would speak to the manager "tomorrow", and I left my paid beverage behind, and went home. The Tim Horton's on the corner of Wilfred-Hamel and Henri-4 has had so many failures in the past few years, where I frequently go to, that it makes me wonder why you even try. The only good service I have had there recently, is walking up to the drive-through, after the dining room is closed. Shameful management there.    Read moreSaturday June 3rd around 6pm your debit was out. I ordered 2 meals, bagels and coffees but did not have cash. We were staying at the hotel behind the Tim's and were there for a sporting event which was starting within minutes of all of this happening. The young gentlemen took my name and number as I told him I would be back to pay my order. I was unable to get back that night but was able to come back the next morning and pay for my order. I would like to personally thank this young gentlemen for your help, I was the coach for these athletes and needed to be at the event...thank you for your help and trusting that there are still good humans out there. BTW....every coffee I had from this location while staying at the hotel...
   Read moreLors d'une visite aujourd'hui, malgré un service en dents de scie dans le passé, encore une déception. ll y avait 7 personnes derriÚre le comptoir et donc, on ne parle pas ici de manque de personnel. Plus de bacon avant l'heure du midi. Les employés ne sont pas intéressés à servir les clients, ils sont nonchalants. On sent que personne n'est là pour s'assurer de la qualité. Si ce restaurant n'était pas un Tim Hortons, il y a longtemps que la clientÚle aurait quitté pour aller ailleurs. Portez attention à ça!

Je ne sais pas si le ou la franchisé(e) lit les commentaires, mais il serait bon de payer les employés plus cher afin de les conserver. Je me suis déjà présenté à 16:30, pour me faire dire que c'était fermé, bien que l'horaire sur le poste de commande à l'auto indiquait 17 heures. Aujourd'hui, je me suis présentée au comptoir.
