If I could give a zero as a rating I would, We were at this location this morning we have a family of 8 and we have NEVER had an issue with this location until this morning. We placed an order as we have 6 children who love their hash browns, so we ordered 12 hash browns and also other breakfast items and drinks. We were told they only had one, and we asked how long the wait would be for fresh ones and we were told 10 mins, as we were willing to wait the rude lady told us we could not complete the order in drive thru we would have to come in to do so. Which makes no sense. We told her that we should be able to complete the order and we will come inside to collect the last of our items.
It did not stop there with the bad attitude for the staff, as she was completely annoyed we did not back down on our order and they had to make the 12 hash browns. As my husband waited inside for the order rude comments were being said as they did not know he was standing right there. When they were ready she asked for the person with the hash browns, my husband raised his hand and she said again annoyed and rude “here they are” and dropped them on the counter.
If a customer is willing to wait for their product, there is no reason or excuse for your staff to treat customers in such poor manner. It is called CUSTOMER SERVICE, it is expected to have service regardless that it is inconvenient that you have to make more of a product. It is not like you were completely out of the product, it is just sheer laziness not wanting to make more when it comes down to that we would wait for it. We are from Vancouver passing thru and wanted to use your wifi and grab a quick breakfast. We placed our order and handed our Tim Hortons thermal travel cups to the woman.
She asked me what size they were. How should I know, they are your cups. I specifically asked for double cream in both, got black. When I asked for cream, she argued with me saying I had asked for black. Whatever.
I got our 2 breakfast sandwiches and when we took a bit, ice cold. I took them back and asked for fresh ones. These obviously were about an hour old. The lady with the headset was snarky. I asked to watch her make fresh ones. She seemed very put out. She bitchily thrust them at me and turned on her heel.
Feeling welcome? Not so much
Come on guys. You need to do better or find yourself a job that you actually enjoy. After reading a good sampling of the reviews here the service I got from you seems to be the norm. Only thing that saves you is the sign on the door. People go to Timmy’s for great coffee and awesome sandwiches. I truly believe if you took a close look, your staff supervisor would have a laundry list of improvements needing to be addressed.

   Read moreI used to work here for 6 years and since I've left the quality has worsened every time I go there. The first few times were just small things that I could ignore but has since accumulated into more consistent issues. Today I got two bacon farmers wraps with extra bacon and extra chipotle on each, both were poorly wrapped but the issue was that the grill obviously hasn't been cleaned in a while because I had pieces of charcoal all over each and one was covered in oil or grease which the wraps don't come with. I also got a peach quencher which was fine itself but the cup had a piece of dirt or something in it (see photos), which is something I've had happen before with coffee grounds in my cups, cups that don't have coffee, but this wasn't coffee grounds.
