Let me tell you about the absolute legend that is Meghan at Eggsmart in Trenton. This woman is not just a waitress—she is a breakfast goddess, a customer service superhero, and the undisputed queen of coffee refills.

From the moment we walked in, Meghan greeted us like long-lost friends. Her smile could light up a blackout, and her energy? Off. The. Charts. I’m pretty sure she has a PhD in Positivity and a master’s degree in Making People Feel Awesome. She had our drinks on the table before we could even sit down, remembered our complicated orders without any challenges, and somehow got everything perfect. Not just perfect—like, Michelin-star, angels-singing, taste-bud-happy-dance perfect.

She checked on us just the right amount (not too much, not too little—made us laugh until our cheeks hurt, and even gave us a few pro tips on what to try next time. Honestly, I’d come back just to be in Meghan’s section again. Scratch that—I will come back, and I will be requesting Meghan like my brunch depends on it. Because it does.

If you’re going to Eggsmart Trenton and you don’t ask for Meghan, you’re doing it wrong.

Meghan, if you’re reading this: Never change. You’re a gem, a gift, a national treasure.

I came here with my best friend for the first time and the food and service were beyond incredible and exceeded my expectations. Our server was very friendly and continued to check up on us to ensure everything was okay. I ordered an iced tea for myself and it came in a bottle but they provided a glass. I ordered a coffee for my friend and they brought a portable coffee thermos which was probably about 1.5-2L and the coffee cups were warm.

The owner/manager came and sat down at our table to ensure everything was okay and to introduce us to the business as this is a relatively new business in Trenton.

I had ordered the big breakfast which included 2 pancakes, sausage, eggs, ham, and home fries with toast and a fruit cup of berries. It was very delicious and I would recommend it.

I give this 5/5 stars as they really exceeded my expectations in service, food, and their ambiance as their decor resembles concrete floors and bright colours inside. I can't wait to come...

What a wonderful way to start your day. Sitting in an outside patio, listening to the sounds of nature around you. Eating a fantastic breakfast, so delicious, so healthy. Enjoying a bottomless cup of coffee and being served by Alicia, the best server ever. Alicia’s friendly, welcoming and professional attitude certainly made my meal all that more enjoyable. Checking on meat the exact right moments, while giving me time to fully enjoy my meal. First time to an Eggsmart, with food, an excellent atmosphere and a server like Alicia, I’ll be back.
