Wendy's — Restaurant in Quinte West

messy and unprofessional. girl taking order at drive-thru held up the line talking to her friend that drove up through the speaker for five or so minutes. when i got up to the window the young man at the window seemed quite miserable and when i asked “is that all?” he replied with “i don’t know” and displayed an annoyed gesture with his hands. was in drive-thru for 23 minutes total. i parked to eat my food and my order completely wrong and i was charged for something i did not order and did NOT get and they refused to give me my money for that item back. not to mention my drink had ice up to the very top i couldn’t even get my straw in it, there was very little liquid in it. i went inside to get it dealt with and i was inside waiting to be helped for 15 minutes and when i was finally helped they had me write what i originally ordered on the back of the receipt. after another 15 minutes i got my correct order, i opened it, and it was the most greasiest meal i’ve ever seen. it honestly looked like they put grease on it after it was prepared as a display of...

When I am considering a quick breakfast stop on my way to work Wendy's is not usually a place I consider. I thought that was unfair and should give it a chance. So I did. I ordered the breakfast biggie and the Cinnabon pull-apart. The breakfast did contain everything described. The bacon was thin and tiny and the eggs were not great. I would have enjoyed the english muffin more had it been toasted but it was not. I did not finish the breakfast. The pull-apart was a disappointment. It seemed less fresh than I would have liked. It's not that I expected a fresh one straight out of the oven, my expectations were fairly low, but I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised. I was not, but I did eat it all. I will not be visiting Wendy's for breakfast in the future. It wasn't all bad. The service was friendly, the location was easily accessible and there was not a long line of customers...

Good place. Happy that it's in Trenton finally. Staff is nice. Frustrating at times when I have to repeat my order a handful of times because they're not paying close attention. For the record, my order is always the same and it's super simple. Because of the staff not giving me my proper order, I always have to check my order before I leave there establishment to make sure that my order is correct. It's time consuming and frustrating but better than getting home and seeing that my order is not what I asked for. And order Mix up hasn't happened in a little while, so I could probably stop checking my order, but I don't want to take the chance lol. Since this is a convenient location I will come back again.
