Have no complaints about the food that was ordered but the rest is left desired. In waiting for the food to come wanted to use the washroom in the meantime. Not so fast. During the renovation, new pin code doors got installed that you can't just open yourself. Had to go back and wait for someone to respond and promptly got yelled at, that its only for a paying customer, which i was. After letting the person know my disappointment with washroom situation, she again tells me that she doesn't have to let ne in, because she has the power to key in the code or not. This whole washroom situation instantly spoiled my mood and I won't be coming to this location in the future at all. It's that easy to loose a customer for life! Also, I Remember this place having an outside sitting area - those are gone now, so one can't sit outside when it's nice out and if a person has a bike with him and doesn't want to leave...

Some of the staff, two in particular have been exceptionally rude towards me within the last week upon dining in to the point where I’m left feeling uncomfortable and my presence within the restaurant isn’t welcomed. One lady who works there stood behind the front counter with her arms crossed glaring at me giving me an evil eye just as the dining area was set to close for the evening so the body language displayed said it all, I also had a similar experience with one of the male employees on Sunday June 1st.

I keep to myself and I mind my own business always buying something when I’m in and make use of the free wifi.

This place don’t even deserve one star I place an order for take out and ask for extra mayo It was extra so I already ask order taker that do I need to pay and he says no I ask him again are you sure he said yes and then the manager who was standing behind him start gossiping about that with other employees in front of me which was very rude and unprofessional then it’s not done yet when I get my order after 15 minutes of waiting I ask for couple of ketchup and she comment again yeah 5$ for that and make fun of it with the other employees in short if you love you self respect don’t visit to this location because the manager don’t know what is the customer service and how to give respect to other what she is going to teach the...
