Decided to go for a late lunch for my sons Birthday. It was after the lunch rush, on a Tuesday. There were only 3 tables. We waited for about 3 minutes before being approached. Asked for water and menus. The waitress gave us menus, then no water. After about 8 minutes, still no water. My 76 year old mom approached the bar where there was a guy who appeared to be kitchen staff, asked him for water, he looked at her like she was an alien. Then he said well, I guess I could give you water. My mom returned to the table with our water...which was necessary to take my pill a certain amount of time before eating. We waited for 10 more minutes, then finally the waitress showed up again. It was like a ghost town in there. Where the heck was she all that time. She took our order, didn't even acknowledge that she had forgotten our water. Then the order came. FYI - The shrimp stuffed mushrooms do not have shrimp in them. Just some kind of paste. It was disgusting! So I told her so and reordered something else. In the meantime, the pill I take to aid in food digestion, was now digesting my empty stomach! Moms chicken strips looked burnt. Her salad did not come with the dressing she ordered. My son was so ticked off that he didn't eat at all. Nice Birthday lunch...NOT! The waitress apologized as she kept making mistakes and forgetting things, forgetting we were even there really. But she continued to make mistakes. What a disappointment! No offer to reduce our bill. No apology from whoever was in charge. Ridiculous! We will never go back. With a city full of restaurants, you would think customer service would mean something, repeat business should be important! I have worked in the customer service industry for decades and to have an experience like this, is...

3rd Review: You can tell my family and friends frequent this restaurant often as we love the place! Hense of course the multiple reviews, lol. Anyway, long story short, Kaylea is the best waitress ever as she is always so consistent and genuine with her customers! I will say, I'm not thrilled with the newer male server Tyson. He was far to occupied watching the hockey on the screen to remove the dirty dishes from our table. Then I gave him cash for the bill and he expected to keep the change without letting me decide what I was going to tip. Not cool! After that he asked if we would do a google review on him as he was trying to out rank the long term server there that we love. Definitely unprofessional in my opinion. We will return to Mr. Mikes as its a great place. We will however request to not to have Tyson as our server in the future.

2nd Review: I really like Mr. Mikes restaurant and appreciate their rewards program. I frequent the restaurant a few times a month! Was back in there with girlfriends again today, this time for happy hour and the service from Brianna was outstanding! It makes for such a pleasant visit when you're being taken of by such a pleasant and uplifting staff member! Rave review to you Mr Mikes for hiring the two best servers I've encountered in ages!!!

1st Review: Went to Mr. Mike's with my friend in the afternoon, and we shared some appetizers. Panko shrimp, Spinach artichoke dip and Garlic fries. We also had a couple of beers. What made the afternoon extra enjoyable was the fabulous server by the name of Kaylea!!! She was super sweet very attentive! Went for dinner Dec.26/2022 @ 6:30pm. Ashley was our hostess & was very friendly, helpful and super professional. Atmosphere was cozy. We had some specific dietary requests that were met with understanding and a "no problem, happy to help" attitude. Sarah was our server. This young lady went above and beyond anything I have seen in a long time to accommodate us. Checking in regularly, double checking order and bringing an example of a certain dietary request to ensure it was correct! Very impressed! Both ladies deserve a high five from management for excellent service. Our appetizers were served hot and tasty! Our mains took a little longer despite being ordered at same time as appies, with that being said, we were enjoying our own company & visiting. Big thank you to the kitchen for accommodating our requests! Very much appreciated!! Our mains were served on piping hot plates, again with excellent delivery. The ONLY thing was a steak was overdone but edible. Understanding the economy & increase in price for supplies, was a fairly reasonable tab. Again, the service was incredible.
