Burger King — Restaurant in Red Deer

Well, I went to here today, ordered a whopper meal with an extra whopper. I want to start off by saying, I've always had great service here and The food is always great i love getting the whopper, heavy all but back to my experience yesterday at night. I went there ordered whopper meal with upsized, onion rings and an extra whopper, both heavy all and yeah, the man taking my order. Seem to be not understanding me very well. And uh, fairly rude, I told him that the screen showed 2 Meals and I only wanted one meal with an extra whopper, not 2 meals and he proceeded to tell me it's not 2 meals. It's just one I said, okay?But the screen shows 2 meals he said, no, it's not for him. Okay whatever i was just a little concerned because of the discrepancy, but I get to the front and pay this bald chubby. Asian, fellow, very rude and yeah, short with me. I pay and ask for extra zesty sauce. Because he only gave me one, he says, that's all you get unless you pay more. We only give one I believe I said, oh, usually we get 2 for a large on onion rings. He said, no and, the policy is to only give one, but in like a very rude way. I was like, okay, whatever I asked him. Why? And he was giving me a lot of attitude, so I said, don't worry about it and left. But man, how far berger king has fallen, it wasn't even heavy all on the burgers i like yeah Burger King, but I don't think I'll go back here just too rude. And them trying to charge you for every little thing, like one extra packet of zesty sauce. Kind of ridiculous, right? But anyways, yeah, probably nothing going to happen about it, but i figured I'd share my experience lol it was great...

I love to visit Burger King on Whopper Wednesday as it's by far my favourite fast food & the King Deals are the best value out of all the fast food restaurants. However on my last visit, Jan 16, they royally messed up my burger. I always ask for no onion, extra pickle - anyone who doesn't like onion will agree they definitely use strong ones, & even if you pick them off, the flavour absorbs into the entire burger. I've never had them mess up my order, so I didn't check before I left, but when I got home, low & behold, it was loaded with onion, but not a single pickle. I pulled the onion off & tried to eat it anyway, but the patty tasted old & stale, so sadly I didn't eat my burger. I also didn't get a receipt to do their survey, so I went to their website & sent them this picture, with an email about my issues. Sadly, they haven't responded at all as of Jan 24. An apology & a coupon at least would bring me back, since I didn't even have the proper receipt to do the survey for the free Whopper. Too bad, as I love their food...

Have to say that over the past 2 years have had nothing but problems and get the run around using the BK app at this Burker King location. Started with making orders on the BK app then having to wait while multiple other customers got their order before me even though I was at the window for drive thru first plus already had my order submitted. Even had emails back and forth with the BK Director of Operations regarding this issue and not really much has been done. Then recently most every time I try to make an order on the BK app since the deals are way better then in store, I always get an 'oops looks like something went wrong' error. My last time I actually got charged for 3 -$30 app purchases due to BK app erros. I am certain that the restaurant has the ability to turn on and off when the customers can use the BK app for their location. This is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! And I am officially done ever going back to their BK.....and considering this is the only one in Red...
