Usually drive through messes up my order here every 4 times. And they are quick to correct it or credit it. This time when allergies were involved they tried to redo it 3 times neither time slowing down to truly understand what I was saying was messed up. Then they got snarky and so I left to call in so that other customers did not get involved and they got even snarky saying that the owner didn't have time for me and the manager couldn't speak with me they were busy and that he knew how he made my blizzard and there's no way that he mixed up mine and my daughters. He didn't even stop to listen or offer a quick fix he was rude and snarky and closed off. My husband saw the blizzard I sampled before my daughter got it, it was clearly mine not hers and hers was missing ingredients that made mine look like hers. He was also shocked at the way the server spoke to me on the phone. It was very hard to not get into a bantering conversation with this server. So I simply said what I expected from them. A credit for next time and I'll hope that they do not screw up another order involving children and allergies I also hope the customer service is better and that the server is a liar and the manager and owner actually care and want to better their...
Read moreTerrible experience. GUY MAKING BURGERS WEARING NO GLOVES?! The young lady that took my order totally forgot about my order after it was taken. I could see her chatting with her friends and having a lovely time behind the counter. However, while she was doing story time with her buddies, my order sat there to the point it was cold. That wasn’t the worst part! I could see the gentleman putting the burgers together through the order slots. Wearing no gloves?!?? Walking around, touching everything then touching everyone’s food?!? GROSS! After a solid 10mins of standing there watching my now cold and molested burgers get colder and colder. I got them! Then.... they went straight in the garbage. This is NO DIFFERENT than the situation with Carl’s Jr. I’m disgusted and will NEVER return there.

Read moreAbout 20 minutes ago we bought 2 double cheeseburger meals. Got home and ate most of it until i noticed the bun was moldy. I am very disgusted with this. I did call and whatever lady answered the phone, kept walking away from it as i was trying to explain what was wrong. She didnt let me know ince she was walking away and i was in the middle of a sentence and all i heard was peolle talking in the distance. VERY DISGUSTED. She did not seem interested in the fact that myself and my husband could possibly get sick from this. They did however offer me more food(hell NO) or my money back. I chose the obvious choice of my money back. I also had to request them to check the rest of the buns but she did not comment back to me while on the phone.
