Had the most disgusting meal here! Ordered the dry ribs meal with Caesar salad and potato lagers. Whole plate was drenched in oil from my dry ribs. It was like they were dipped into oil and sat there for a good while as they soaked up A LOT. Server had no social skills (MEGAN) and when two of us mentioned the whole plate was drenched she said nothing and took the plate away. I paid $20+ for a side salad. Have gone here every time I would visit my grandparents and this will be our last time. I get it’s Friday and it was busy but no discount or it removed from the bill to rectify the mishap is bizarre. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered the dry rib meal so I figured it was a perfect choice and boy was I wrong. Would never recommend this place to anyone I know. And Megan when you bring the bill after asking if it was split or not (it wasn’t) and give the receipt and walk away with the machine to go clean a table and not come back for a few minutes it really shows that you don’t care about the customers. We are great at tipping but for the service and food served I decided not to. What a complete let down. Thanks for the terrible...

Food is good..way over priced...same as the alcohol. Dropped it a star..$6.75 for a bottle of Kokanee? You can stick it up your a**. Thing people don't know..is that the owner's of this establishment don't let any other pub's open on the Westside of McCarthy because they have a deal with the company that does all the leasing.. basically, from West side of McCarthy to Courtney and from Diefenbaker Dr. South to 9th ave N... hopefully this place starts to feel the pinch soon...need more pub's over in this area. Just over priced is the bottom line here,..only thing that keeps these places open..no matter what expenses to you..is the vlts..

One thing I noticed..smart waitresses there..soon as someone goes up to cash a ticket in .. they'll show up at the machines for tips.. otherwise barely see them.

Covid-19 update:

Absolutely fantastic to see people not rushing to play the vlts.. great eye opener for the majority..like to see 3 dollar beer's in these places..don't care if you put your cheque in and suffer..nice to see it turned around.

They call the last 2 a all dressed...the thicker one (with a bite missing )is a 3 toppings from...

So we got there at 700pm and I ordered the wingman burger. It took about 30 to 35 minutes to arrive which is ok considering it was Saturday night and we were with friends. When it arrived it was ice cold. I made a complaint and was told they would take it back and bring me a freshly made burger. Amazingly 4 minutes later my “fresh” burger came out so piping hot you could barely touch it or the fries. So obviously microwaved and grotesque. I ate without complaint because I already made a complaint. My wife had a ceaser salad. We had 5 drinks in total for a total bill of 94.50. I was told I may get a discount on the food, which I did not get. The waitress was slow the food was horrible. I will never go back. This place used to be great it’s just not anymore.
