Red Swan Pizza - Regina Rochdale Blvd — Restaurant in Regina

Great tasting pizza that we've come to expect from Red Swan, but this location does not seem to put very much of the toppings on the pizza. We ordered two large pizzas and on both pizzas the toppings were very scarce. On the teriyaki pizza there was very little sauce and some slices had no chicken on them. It was the same with the paneer on the other pizza. EDIT: The manager called me about the above review to reassure me that they had new staff and that this would not happen again. Though it was in bad taste to throw new staff under the bus as excuse for their poor quality, I took his word and tried again. It was even worse this time. Not only were the toppings scarce again, the green pepper that they did put on was from the core of the pepper which does not taste very pleasant. I took this rating down from three stars to one star because of the manager's poor excuse, not following through on his promise, and the pizzas being even worse than before. We have not...

Ordered 3 pizzas under the half price promotion and it was a disaster. Ordered Red Swan several times over last 5 years and it has been so good. Not this time. Rochdale location manager phoned me back and explained that they were so busy they had to skimp out on the toppings and the cheese. Well that was pretty obvious. He seemed to think that his explanation was adequate and offered only a 10% refund on a future order. I told him that wasn’t good enough but he didn’t care. We threw out the crappy three pizzas. We are never ordering Red Swan again, especially the Regina Rochdale location....

If I could give them a -10 I would. Ordered a pizza and cheese bread. Both were ice cold and the delivery guy was walking down the street carrying them in his hand not even in the bag. I called to say that the pizza was cold and was told that I am mistaken and that it's not cold. And would be delivered in a few mins. I told her that it was already delivered and is sitting on my counter cold and hard. She continued to argue saying it's not cold like I was lying to her. Do NOT order from the Rochdale red swan I literally Live 2 blocks away and got a cold pizza??????...
