McDonald's — Restaurant in Regina

Food was good as always, but after the new renovations I have no idea what happened but the staff are completely incompetent. And I have never written a Google review in my life but my experiences have been so bad lately that I just had to. Pulled up to the drive thru, nobody took our order. Okay cool, that’s fine we pulled up to the window and proceeded to get ignored by all the staff inside. Sat there waiting for them to ask what was up for 8 minutes before we noticed that people were going inside. We were really confused to be honest but that wasn’t even the worst experience. Couple days later we’re back and decide to skip the drive thru this time and go inside. None of the self checkouts work. Spent 10 minutes switching from every machine and none worked. So we go up to the cashier to order and again we are ignored?? The cashier was on the computer doing something while I stood right in front of her? Eventually I asked if I could order and she took my order but literally did not have a clue what she was doing. She even asked ME where the cheeseburger option was on the machine! And I asked for a habanero sauce on the side and even clarified with a different worker that I didn’t want it on the burger but on the side just in the bag. Guess what they did? Put the habanero sauce on the burger. Even if they were having issues with the whole renovation thing and all, I don’t understand why you would even open if you weren’t ready. I was honestly just super confused by this. Please bring back the old staff because these new workers, SPECIFICALLY the night shift workers, are spoiling...

I’ve had the worst service’s at Rochdale McDonald’s. All the managers don’t do their jobs probably, the girl manager was getting mad at us for eating our food we bought and wouldn’t let us eat it there. Because we weren’t “social distancing” but we came in there with a few friends. She touched me and my friends shoulders and I didn’t feel safe because of the whole corona thing. My friend had an experience with the guy manager, her friend was trying to make conversation with him and he proceeded to say “don’t care didn’t ask” when he only asked for his name. This worker only gave us an half an hour too order our food and leave. And once we got our food she proceeded too kick us out. We don’t do anything bad here and all we do is try and have fun but every time we do they call the cops for no reason. The workers and managers here are disgusting. Please clean up this establishment before I go further and...

I came here for french fries at 12pm and paid over $10 for 2 large fries. I havent ate this garbage in years but figured we would have a treat tonight. I waited over 5 min when nobody was around or being served to be talked to. I was told to drive to the window and waited another 5 minutes before anyone showed up. I received my food and drove away to find the fries were not even half full. I pulled back around and was told to come to the window. I politely told the girl the situation and shoved a small fries at me without saying anything. I told her I want 2 large fries with full fries, she told me whatever and closed the window on me. I am a business owner and to see a immigrant treat me and my partner like this when my parents can't even get jobs was mind blowing. She ignored me until the people behind me were honking at me and had to leave out of respect for them. This is the last time we ever come...
