McDonald's — Restaurant in Regina

It is COMPLETELY disturbing to have people so careless make food for anyone. I went for my favorite quarter pounder deluxe and the lack of experience was exhausting! Quarter pounder burger is called a quarter pounder because the burger is thick... it's a quarter of a pound! These men made my family wait at the next window, 11:20 pm no other customers in line. They don't use my code to collect my points, we are for two Jr chicken meals they give us McChickens costing us more. Then they serve my QUARTER POUNDER with a big Mac pattie. Major difference of the two patties! I go and ask them to fix their mistake and made them aware that the patties are wrong. Instead they said I was wrong a big Mac has 3 buns! I told them I know how it's made in talking about the pattie and they continue calling me wrong! I show them the app and the difference that a quarter pounder fits the bun it's made for and the big Mac fits a larger bun. Again they said I was wrong and I said "WHEN IS THE CUSTOMERS EVER WRONG GUY???" 😒 I go to the one on prince of whales and they touch my burger and tell me I'm wrong as well! One of the reasons I hate fast food is because you have to trust the food handler to have integrity and handle your food proper. The majority of McDonalds staff these days discriminate you as soon as they see you in the camera at the drive thru! When are we going to have workers who actually care about the customers and upholding the industry name in a good way! So much for your name McDonalds! Do better!! THE CUSTOMERS ARE...

Big attitude problem with employees. I ordered two simple things. First, I didn’t get the straw and had to wait several minutes just to get medium fries. I can understand food can sometimes take some time to be ready but they should never show attitude to the customer unless the customer is the problem. Unfortunately, I forgot to check the straw as well as I thought it’s common sense to give straw with a drink and they wouldn’t forget that. Okay, again I can understand people make mistakes but their attitude was the problem. Other than the one who took my order, everyone else I interacted with today (around 3pm) had a huge attitude problem. The one who gave me my food had a very unwelcoming look on his face. When I went back inside to tell them about this and the asked for the straw, she came back while waving the straw in air as if making fun of me and saying “here you go. But you didn’t have to come back or complain about such a stupid thing”. As I was already over 15 min late because of them, I didn’t stop to argue and thought of leaving a review about the bad experience here. I saw so many negative reviews that I now wonder how they’re still operating. Having a limited options of the food I can eat at restaurants, I ordered possibly the only thing I could eat without upsetting my health. But I’ve found that it’s not worth spending money on it anymore especially at this place. I will probably never come back here again but I still recommend a change in attitude of...

Walked in and ordered with the screens, waiting for our food and one worker started yelling for a different worker who was in the kitchen busy. She yelled for about 2 minutes straight while another worker told her to ve quieter. The other worker finally came and the yelling one told him he had to unclog the toilet. Once that was done he went back to the kitchen and the yelling lady followed him still yelling at him. She also had the wet plunger in her hand!! In the kitchen! We had only been waiting for our 2 quarter pounder meals for about 3 minutes when the yelling lady asked what we were waiting for and she went and looked for our food. She grabbed 2 burgers off the counter and gave them to us. We got back to the car and one burger was wrong and had a separate order number on it. I went back inside and the nice lady at the front helped me get a new one and the yelling lady blamed anyone else she could for getting me the wrong burger. Safe to say I would not want to work with her and she would have caused me to quit if I had worked there. And the plunger in the kitchen was absolutely disgusting.
