Didn’t even get the food because the drive through got our order wrong, assumed it was the speaker being bad but when we got to the window we attempted to correct the order and the employee working the window was not listening whatsoever. Told him our exact order first our driver closer to the window, he repeated “what?” Several times and we had to continuously repeat ourselves. Tried again louder assuming he could not hear and he continued to say “what?” And did not correct the order. When we tried a final time to correct this time quite literally yelling to attempt to get it across as the employee could not hear us based on the replies we were getting. He said a final time “what?” And then proceeded to complain to his Coworkers that we were being “difficult,” but we wouldn’t have needed to raise our voices if he had been listening to us trying to correct the order as whoever took it originally got the entire order wrong.
PLEASE ensure your staff are trained, because it seems they have very little to zero training whatsoever. If you’re working customer service you need to know how to listen so you can hear what is being said, or at least reply in a way to let us know you are struggling...
Read moreWe ordered a child's ice cream cone, dipped and 2 of the funnel cakes. As for the dipped cone, you could see the ice cream through the coating. One funnel cake had strawberry topping - and had a lot of strawberry topping. The other, was requested caramel and hot fudge. There was a THIN stripe of caramel along the bottom of the ice cream and slightly more hot fudge on the funnel cake. My daughter took it back up to the counter to ask for more topping, which they did put another drizzle of caramel, this time over the ice cream. Again - hardly there at all. However the manager then sent out a girl (who said she was in training) to advise us that there IS a charge to have additional toppings put on. I told her there was none on the ice cream to start with. She then explained that because we requested 2 toppings they had to split the amount of each. Fair enough - except between the 2 toppings AFTER we requested more there wasn't even 1/4 of what there would normally be on. Not only that, why send the poor girl, shaking, in training, to tell a customer? We order this quite often and have never encountered anything like this. So...
