Subway — Restaurant in Regina

This subway is one of the best subways that make good subs and gives you decent amount of toppings compared to most subways that give you 3 tomatoes , maybe 9 pieces of lettuces not even covering the bread. You don’t have to keep repeating your self asking for them to add more toppings. The services was fantastic. I was so confused on some of the reviews on this subway considering I have not experience any of the negative reviews said on this location. This we’ll be our (family and friends) new location for subway to get from. It’s nice to know a subway that knows how to actually make a sandwich. Thank you for your services at this location. People were so friendly. Was not overally packed and didn’t have to wait too long just so everyone knows this was a Saturday supper at around 6:30 pm when most places should be packed around this time at 6:30. Notwithstanding that the food was good, the service or rather lack of, is concerning. With mobile and "Skip" or "UberEats", customers in the store are now no longer a priority. I stood in line watching the only person working prepare an order for "Skip", while myself and two other customers stood waiting. It took me nearly 25-minutes to get a 6" sub.

If business doesn't warrant additional staff, then adjust the business accordingly. The pictures that I have posted of the store include copious amounts of signs indicating that they are now offering in-store dining. I can't imagine how one person could not only handle additional orders, but also feel that they were safe. Hopefully the owner(s) will see this and other reviews that echo the same concern, and...

customer service was absolutely terrible. need to educate staff on subway sandwiches and what chicken teriyaki is. the amount of sauce and salt was actually outrageous. i had to walk the staff through each step of making my sandwich, it took them 3 tries to get it right and they even put it in a bowl with rice after i asked for it on a 6 inch of White Italian. they even charged me for extra bacon after putting 2 pieces because they were upset i had to keep repeating my order. why did the staff in training help me after the not in training person kept messing up the order, too? not to mention the whole time the 2 were sassing me and giving attitude. i had second hand embarrassment from this interaction....
