This is the first time in years i have ordered via the speakers instead of my app and first time on this branch since we moved employment from white city to normanview.
I went here coz this was the closest. I was in a hurry and i ordered steep tea with two oats (instead of saying oat milk) coz whenever i order via the tims app i just click oats i dont read the rest coz im in a hurry especially when you are only doing it at a quick stop and usually always in a hurry. The tone of the lady on the other end was condescending and kept saying what oats? I said oats im not sure coz i just usually order online and since she was asking what oats instead of finding a way to help me navigate through my order, she should’ve asked her help what do we put in a drink that starts with oats, or give me options of what oats do they have that we can put in a drink. She couldve said oh do you mean oat milk? How hard can that be? Instead she kept saying what oat? What oat? And then dead air, so because i was in a rush and didnt wanna cause delay of the cars behind me just becuase of this petty oats word , i just said mistakenly just add two sugar and two oats. I made a mistake yeah thats true (it will be super sweet) because i was already in a rush coz she was useless with her job. You know what she did? She was laughing on the other end coz obviously it was too sweet, so instead of helping me with my order since its her job to help navigate clients with the orders and verify and confirm she just laughed which i find very disrespectful she should be fired. First time to experience someone like that in a drive through especially at a tim hortons drive through. What if there are other first time clients how will you tell them or assist them with the order ? Would you just laugh at them just cause its their first time? Just cause they dont know the terms used for ordering? Although its not my first time been doing this for 20 years why not assist your clients and educate them of what your slangs or terminology used in your menu. Im sure not everyone knows your menu unless they have been ordering often. But as an employee taking orders i suggest you do your job properly and assist with your clients orders and not laugh at them when they make a mistake or if they sound like they dont know what their saying. Educate them and guide them about what you have in a very...
Read moreI am from out of town, I was in Regina with my wife and we went for our typical late night coffee as we got in late. We pulled to the drive thru window at this location and the worker seemed very unhappy and spoke very quietly. We changed one of our orders from a tea to a hot chocolate but didn’t know if he had heard anything we said because he wouldn’t respond. After approx 30 secs of just sitting there in silence he tells us the order, at this point I knew he wasn’t a happy worker. We pulled up to the window and I paid for our orders but he would barely even acknowledge we were even there. I asked for 2 sleeves for the coffee and hot chocolate, he gave us a strange look and then turned away while handing me the sleeves like he didn’t want to serve us and frankly we felt he was mad at us for even coming there. At this point I was mad but refrained from being disrespectful or engaging with him but I did stay firm on believing the customer needs to be treated with respect. I grabbed the sleeves which because he wasn’t looking made me stretch out a little further then I’d like and when I took them he instantly turned and gave me a very angry look and told me “don’t show your face around here no more I know how you look”. I told him “you have no clue who I am” and his response was “I see people like you all the time, don’t show your face here no more”. I pulled around from and went inside with my video camera on to get his face and name tag to make a formal complaint against him. As I was walking out he started yelling at me and from there on everything was videod. He was very aggressive and rude, I am a paying customer who drove from 2 hours away. I will not be using this Tim Hortons location anymore and will be suggesting to friends and family that they don’t go there anymore either. If you would to see the video please get in contact with me. The employees name tag...
Read moreI ordered 4 wrap at 5 pm but when I got to the establishment I saw an empty kitchen. no one prepared anything. there were no cars either. When I tried to find out what happened to my order, I was monotonously told without any apology that they couldn’t do Chipotle steak loaded wrap and I had to take something else. No one was in a hurry to prepare the second position after 10 minutes of ordering. When asked to cancel an order online or return money in cash, I was asked to “call support.” I would like to draw your attention to the fact that this is not the first time this situation has happened and each time they are asked to call a number that they themselves do not know or come another day to pick up the order. official application. Officially in the application, this situation should be resolved by providing a receipt at the checkout and a refund. When this excerpt was demonstrated, it immediately turned out that they could return the money, but they needed a supervisor, who was never on site either at 5 pm on the first day or at 4 pm the next day. However, not once was there even an apology for the inconvenience. As a result, after spending 2 days, I took another position, which was cheaper in price. I do not recommend this establishment because of the staff, who absolutely do not care...
