Extremely rude staff. Good food but terrible staff. Especially the young lady that works there has the worst customer service. She yelled at me for no good reason. Because of her, Iām not coming back and suggest others to not support this location.
Updated: in response to your comment below, I called in and someone told me I could come and dine in before 7. Also, if you donāt want things to be touched, donāt keep them out in the open. I understand things should not have been touched but if they are blindly out on open tables, then that is your fault and not mine. Again, loved the sushi but terrible experience. Iāll leave it at that.
Also, what makes you think I donāt read or follow or believe in the bible? I could be Christian. But you showed your true colours by running towards me when I touched the bible and yelled at me not to touch it like Iām the devil or something. Shame on you for that. You are running a restaurant. Customer service should be your primary focus. You clearly lack that as it is evident in your response.

And if you havenāt seen people like me since you opened your place, then I am surprised. If I see a chair and a table out in the open with no signs saying ādo not sitā or ādo not touchā, I will sit and I will touch. Itās simple as that. If you want your customers to act a certain way or behave a certain way, make it more clear through clear and concise language. I am not sure why you are arguing with me as I am a customer and help support keep your business running. Without customers like me, your business would not be open. So instead of blaming me and arguing with me, I would apologize and move on.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe've been a fan of Wasabi for probably 4-5 years now. The food itself has always been enjoyable and fresh, even if the prices can be a little on the high side. Yesterday, however, we had a strange interaction with an employee that I'm still not sure how to feel about.
We were going to park and grab some food from the Mr. Sub next door for any early lunch. We were parking in front of Wasabi as the next closest parking spot is for disability parking which we are not. It is worth noting Wasabi was not yet open at this time as it was a bit after 10:00 AM (they open at 11 on Saturday). As we did a white vehicle came up behind us and blew their horn multiple times. We were confused to say the least as the driver of our vehicle signaled both their turn into the parking lot and the parking space itself. We were also parked within the lines and were not intending to be there longer than about 10 minutes.
The vehicle drove a short distance away in the same lot and parked. We waited to see and speak with them about what was wrong (as they were exiting and heading in our direction). They approached and we spoke (basically asked what was wrong then said I did not understand their reply due to a language barrier) but they did not seem to know what we were talking about despite it just happening and spoke quickly in a language I did not understand. They walked past us and unlocked Wasabi before entering. We were a bit taken back by the rudeness as we have never encountered anything like that before and are still confused about what the issue was.

I ordered through phone, and wanted to place an order for pick up and just eat it at the restaurant, we were in a rush so wanted the have the food ready before we arrive at the resto. She was rushing to taking my order & hung up the phone even before i was done ordering. I called again to add the additional order and she then said that if i wanted to order again i need to come into the restaurant. I was quite upset at her tone of voice and told her that iāll cancel my order. She calls me back THREE times to ask why I was upset at herā¦. And while explaining my side she kept speaking over me saying sheās the owner of the place. As a business owner myself I would never speak to any of my customers like that (even the difficult ones) and would never call them three times to argue about who is right.
