New customer to this location. I sat in under a reservation that was made Aug 7th @5pm. Our waitress was amazing and offered amazing service!!
Although, I ordered a half size of dry ribs, and a medium half pepperoni and half cheese. Half side of the pizza, which was cheese, was for my 3 year old son. We ate the ribs at the restaurant, and took our uneaten pizza for left overs for the next day. It’s the next day, and I’m now sitting at the table with my son enjoying our pizza to only bite into a piece of plastic that was IN our pizza. This was worrisome as I was concerned about my son choking on any possible plastic in his slice of pizza.
I called the restaurant and requested to talk to the manager. I explained the situation to the manager, John, and he questioned ME how the plastic got there. He responded to the situation almost as if I was lying or as if I knew how the plastic got there. He then asked me “how do you want me to handle this? What are you asking for?” with rudeness. He spoke to me in an unprofessional manner and didn’t apologize for the plastic that was in my pizza. Now as a manager, he shouldn’t be questioning the customer why the plastic was there and he should’ve been courteous to offer us a replacement. I told John I could bring the entire pizza to him and show him the plastic piece which I had already bitten into. He then said “I’m gone in 10mins”. He gave me very very poor customer service. I then requested to speak with the owner. He avoided giving me his information when asked for it. And basically forced me to give him my information to finally offer to replace my pizza, which I basically had to ask for! He kept interrupting me when asking for the owners information. I finally got the information for the owner at the end of the call after asking for it several times. Now this entire situation was very upsetting! I was very concerned about my son swallowing plastic so we stopped eating our pizza after I bit into the plastic.
I don’t like giving bad reviews but considering the situation, the manager I spoke with should’ve been more friendlier and understanding. His customer service is very poor as a manager. I will be reaching out to the owner when he returns...

Read moreThe food at this location seems mediocre. Nothing exciting to rant and rave about. Generally, it's quite busy though which is a good sign. The prices aren't to high for what you get it's fair. This location could use a reno though I think. I like the flow of the restaurant and the architectural floor plan design. However, the tables, chairs, and booths should all be replaced. This location in my honest opinion as well would likely boost sales for being more "creative" The menu is the same always. Sure you can have a great pizza a majority of the time. But sitting in you don't see a lot of people ordering pizza it's more a takeout. This restaurant I think would benefit from the creative side of things with a fresh remodel of not only the design but the food they make. Sure keep your original dishes that sell the most that's important, but if the buisness were to add lets say a burger of the month, pasta of the month even a pizza of the month. And not just a special where it's cheaper that day or week, that's just stupidity and is dated. Adding in a new meal that's never been seen or tasted by anyone in your restaurant and never allowing it back on the menu for give or take a year is "exciting" and push that on your chalk board for the special. This would be something similar to the restaurant like Leo's. Creativity bring in money, food...
