Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Regina

I went to the northgate mall location to order a small chocolate soft serve sunday and a burger. They gave me a vanilla sunday with chcoclate syrup so i asked them you dont have chocolate icecream and they said no but clearly across the counter is the vanilla and chocolate soft serve dispensers. Their excuse was they only have the chocolate for cakes which is just irresponsible telling customers they dont have any and not explaining why the can't serve it which also makes no sence considering dairy queen sells icecream of all kinds. I ordered the triple original cheese burger that came so saturated in ketchup that the bun could barely hold the meat and dripped all over the place and the one who made it still asked if i needed ketchup. In the future dairy queen will not be a choice i make for myself or recommend...

This afternoon we ordered Chicken and fries and a drink. The crasher was plate and ask if we needed anything else. Then while waiting at the counter, the cook come and said you could sit down . We'll bring your food order to the table. While standing at the counter we notice everyone in the Kitchen was washing there hands every few minutes. Which we know that's a clean Kitchen. You don't see that anywhere else. Stop and think about and ask yourself why. Anyways our food order was hot and fries. Plus the tables were clean ,the only thing was the broke garage can beside the door as you leave. Plus there wasn't a lot of room in the food court and there lines were to long to wait. So yesterday was Halloween and the mall merchants were handing out goodies to the trick or treaters. There was a good turnout of ghost n goblins. Kids collected a good amount of treats. It was awesome ! I had one cringe though, Dairy Queen handed out the monthly coupons that we all get in the mail! Yes for real COUPONS !!! even the small kiddies were astonished lol ! I guess they dont value their customers but think money and business is more important. Omg McDonald's hands the kiddies a coupon for a treat/ice cream cone. And it's free lol ! Idk I just thought that was the worst and cough cough ccccheap ! Lol !!! Dont get me wrong, my family loves DQ but it was so funny that I had to tell everyone...
