Rude staff behavior was as if too was too much of an trouble to even to take an order. Will never go back again. Asked for more spice but it be more on sweeter side. Server Thumped two bowls of my order on the counter and asked me collect them no courtesy even of serving them in Tray. I asked him which one is Beef he very arrogantly pointed to one bowl and said that one is Chicken. No fortune cookies were served with the order( how can he if he is not serving the order on tray) i observed we were the only one who were not served on tray and not given the cookies.

Now comes the order taking part that guy was like seriously tired or irritated. I specially mentioned to him that i want my order to be spicy(hot) but it turns out to be on sweeter side. His attitude was place the order and get lost. Date 10th November Time between 3.30 Pm to 4.30 Pm. We use to always order from the Rochdale location, the food and service was always fantastic. We loved this place. Sadly the last time we went it was all different people and the food was horrible and the service was no comparison to before. The ginger beef was swimming in so much sauce it was like a stew, I absolutely love ginger beef and this was pathetic, the rice was so mushy you can tell they used far too much water when cooking it. I called and got some woman with an attitude who basically tried to make it sound like it was our fault. After a fair bit of time trying to convince her that we never made the food it was them who messed up. She finally agreed to a replacement, unfortunately it wasn’t that much of a improvement. The worst part is that even then she displayed attitude while getting the replacement. Not once did she even sincerely apologize for the food they served us. Food used to be great and we used to be regulars! My hubby is celiac and we've been happy to have been able to order gluten free meals from Wokbox on Rochdale without him ever getting sick as it was one of the few places we could safely eat from in Regina. A couple of months ago, we placed our usual order only to find out that it was no longer gluten-free. Out of several rice/rice noodle boxes we would rotate through and choose from (Beef and Broccoli, Sweet Mongolian, Beef Bulgogi, Pad Thai, Jungle Lemongrass Curry and Thai Red Curry) there are now only two GF options available- Jungle Lemongrass and Thai Red. Super disappointing! When celiac/food allergies are so prevalent, its bewildering that they would take away options instead of adding more. This used to be our go-to take out nearly every weekend, but because of these changes, they've lost longstanding...
