We came in to the city and we came into this establishment. We got there at 12:30 we had to seats ourselves, there were four other tables in the whole place. We sat there for a good 20 minutes, I got up to get menus. The bartender seen us come in did not say anything to us and just stood there. The waitress that was on was running around the four tables we're clearly too much for her to handle. She was nice when she came over we asked for the pizza menu she came and brought it to us. She grabbed us water then left to tend to the other four tables. She came back grab our drinks we ordered I ordered extra Tabasco sauce for my Caesar . I did not get the extra Tabasco sauce. By quarter after 1:00 she came to take her order. The bartender was sitting behind the bar not helping her out . Our food came at quarter after 2:00 that is absolutely ridiculous the ribs that we ordered we're cold the calzone that I ordered was so greasy and the jalapeno cheddar soup was disgusting. She came with the extra Tabasco sauce when my Caesar was done. She took the ribs back in the kitchen remade them. The bartender came over to the table declare my Caesar drink and he was going to take the hot sauce and I told him to leave it I might have another one . The ribs finally came back this time they were hot. The waitress was not coming around I had to go up to her on the other side of the restaurant to grab a to-go container. By this time It is now Three o'clock I was getting frustrated so I went to the bartender and asked him for our bill the waitress came over to the table and asked if it was all together. No we separated it into two different bills. Now it is 20 after 3 we are still waiting. What's a joke. I run my our business in the food and service industry and I am not happy. With the price of food The way it is I expected To be edible And to be An establishment From 12:30 p.m. to 330 p.m. is an absolute joke. Shame on your bartender for not helping this waitress out and on a Saturday you should have more than one...

Sunday March 23, 2025: I’ve been to the Tap several times before but I don’t think I’ll be back, I was so completely disappointed in my food ! I ordered the lettuce wraps. What arrived was a bowl of rice noodles with some chili Thai sauce, a FEW pieces of chicken and a FEW veggies. For $20! I literally could barely believe what I was seeing and my waitress could tell. She right away said “there’s usually more veggies in there, would you like me to bring extra?” I was so dumbfounded at what I was served I said no thanks, however another waitress came by (for some reason we had 2 servers) and I asked her for more and she brought them…. However it was a long wait and my dish was not that warm by that time. I’ve ordered lettuce wraps at other places and this is NOT what I expected. The kitchen staff was either untrained or didn’t care. The servers were great, however…. We were there for line dancing and when that began, they literally stopped coming by. We took lots of breaks so there was opportunity to do so but we got no further attention. Really disappointed. But there are lots of other great restaurants and the Tap will no longer be my...

I went to The Tap on January 31 for lunch and returned for supper. My chicken burger for lunch was served on a homemade brioche bun and was large and very flavourful. The fries were crispy and hot, the homemade gravy is the best I’ve had in Regina. I returned for the Trailer Park Boys themed Cheeseburger and Liquor Party. My draft beer (they have over 40 types) was cold and fresh. My Green Bastard Burger, topped with spicy cream cheese and fried jalapeños slices, was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I’m hoping that they add it to their regular menu as I’d eat it every chance I get. The Tap has a couple of new, young managers, Kevin D. and Kaleb S. who are raising the bar for what a great time out should be. They’ve had a couple of very successful EDM shows, complete with professional producers and local talent. Their Trailer Park Boys night was a huge success. Next up will be a Sopranos tv show themed night, complete with curated food and drink. I can hardly wait. The Tap is now serving house-made Gourmet Cheesecake, the...

Went here for Singo and sangria.. disappointed in both! The Dj was great, the songs were awesome.. but we couldn’t hear the Dj at times for what songs they were and we had to pay $5.00 to play.. which was not advertised. The sangria was terrible! I don’t know what recipe they use but they should research a sangria.. all it had was juice, white wine, some 7-up but barely any, there was no fizz, no fruit.. it was so juicy tasting it was disgusting, I asked for more 7up to try and kill the taste of how terrible it was, but it didn’t help. If you have a Saturday special of sangrias my advice would be learn how to make them… perhaps they can call Birminghams or Canadian Brewhouse and ask for some tips on it.

We came for Singo, which was a fun time. However, the kitchen was definitely chaotic as I was given the wrong choices for my meal. I ordered the half munchie platter and about half of it was wrong. Apparently the kitchen mislabelled the order papers or something. The waitress did ask if I’d keep it and give me a discount. So instead of $26 I paid $10 something for it. Plus the $8 sangria that was on special. It was a good drink, but I would’ve preferred fruit instead of ice. Our server was friendly but not super attentive. The worst part though is the bathrooms. They need some serious deep cleaning for sure.

Very good service, local beer options, Vern's Pizza. Free guest WiFi that is open to all. Good pizza shakers that can be opened wide when the chilli seeds and parmesan cheese block the holes. $11.66 per pint (after tax) is about double what I prefer paying for a beer. $25.47 (after tax) for a 12" lite pizza is about $5 more than I like to pay. You pay a bit of a premium to keep a local pub open, which is worth something. Time to refinish the booth fabric tho, and kill that damn fly who joined me for dinner!
