Sushi Shop — Restaurant in Repentigny

Please check your orders before sending them out to customers! And customers , if you have allergies please check order properly before consuming! I ordered through door dash and one of the items I ordered was Veggie Temari which is supposed to be veggie...unfortunately all four pieces had shrimp in them and I am allergic to shrimp and all crustaceans I unfortunately ate a whole piece and only realised when I bit into the second one Needless to say the rest are in the garbage now but I am having a reaction to this Thankfully I am always well prepared for this and I am ok all things considered..But it should not be taken lightly.. I don't mean to sound so extreme but it shouldn't happen to anyone because there are people who are much more allergic than I am and the results could have...

Vraiment déçue de mon poke bowl. Je commande un poke bowl à 18$ et je choisis la salade comme base. Mon bol est à moitié vide. Je contacte le restaurant et le patron me dit que la salade coûte cher et qu'il ne veut pas mettre plus. Je paie plein prix et le patron me dit qu'il m'a, effectivement, donné un bol à moitié rempli... Ce n'est pas parce que je ne veux pas de riz que vous ne devriez pas ajouter plus de laitue et d'autres ingrédients. Je comprends que vous n'ajouterez pas de poisson supplémentaire et c'est tout à fait compréhensible, mais remplissez au moins le bol. J'ai commandé le même bol dans un sushi shop à Lavaltrie et Lachenaie et ils sont venus remplis au sommet. Vraiment déçue, ce bol ne se compare pas avec les 2 autres sushi shop. J'ai dépensé 25 $ et j'ai encore faim.

Really disappointed with my poke bowl. I order an 18$ poke bowl and I choose salad as a base. My bowl comes half empty. Just because I don't want rice doesn't mean you shouldn't add more lettuce and other ingredients. I understand you won't add extra fish and that is completely understandable but at least fill the bowl. I ordered the same sushi bowl in Lavaltrie and Lachenaie and they came filled to the top. Really disappointed, does not compare the the other 2 sushi shops. Spent 25$ and left...

The quality of customer service at this location has been in steady decline over the past couple of years. Smaller portions, more and more items costing "extra", unwelcoming staff. After a 6 month hiatus we decided to give them another chance; somehow, its even worse! I've never seen a sushi place that doesn't include wassabi and ginger with their orders!...
